I like my Doctor- However... the front desk male person is very rude and offputting here at the Islands. The new demanding that I take a picture needs to stop! You already have a copy of my license. MMC et all does not need a picture of me with my records together for easier stealing of my private data when you inevitably have a data breach/hack. Also asking me to fill in the same paperwork and reproduce all ins info again when its been provided already within 6 months is redundant & annoying. The nuses are all professional and sweet.

My husband sees a doctor here and loves it. We decided to make this office our family doctors office. I made an appt in June/July as a first time patient. First available was Oct 2nd. Understanding that first time patients wait a while and the doctor I wanted was on maternity leave, so I waited. Oct 1st I get a VM that my appointment was canceled. It was around the hurricane time but I knew they had power because my daughters pediatrician right next door had power and so did her dance studio directly behind. I was told someone would call me to reschedule, 2 weeks later and still no call. Being an adult I called back. They tried to give me an appointment for January!!!!!! After waiting 3/4 months, I now have to wait another 3/4 months for an appointment all because they canceled on me!!!!! So my healthcare doesn't matter? Already when so many women are hurting to find trustworthy doctors im forced to wait on their error! I was upset and crying on the phone. The scheduling nurse said to stay by my phone and someone would call me back right away. That was 2 weeks ago....I'm still waiting.

I met Dr. Chu while accompanying someone to an appointment. She is amazing! I’ve gone to the doctor with several people and she is the first doctor I’ve EVER seen actually take a manual BP herself. Yep! you read it. She did it herself. She addressed all the issues. She wasn’t rushed. She is super nice and caring! And what I love also is her purple hair! Dr Chu is awesome!

I called this physician's office three weeks ago, but there was no answer, so I left a message asking someone to return my call so I could make a new patient appointment. No return call. I called this afternoon to make an appointment, and the female who answered the phone sounded like I was bothering her. When I asked if a certain physician was at that office, she said no. As I told her not to make the appointment because the doctor was not at that site, she hung up on me. Rude. Not a doctor's office I would like to visit.

Dr. Blasi is simply the best. She’s welcoming and caring. She doesn’t just listen, she’ll also explain everything step by step to ensure that you leave feeling better and like you have a plan for treatment. The receptionists and other staff are also friendly and helpful!

Absolutely deplorable staff and doctors. I was 1 minute late for their so-called grace period for an appointment. My Fiance was desperate in need of anti psychotic medication. They told me that I could wait until Monday. Because they had other patients to deal with. Which I informed them this is how it's gonna work. I'm gonna leave a review for your company to let future patients know just how much of a shotty practice you actually run.

The last appointment I had scheduled with them was cancelled day of for an "emergency." Certainly understandable, things happen. However, the next appointment scheduled, they called 4pm the day before to cancel again. Their phone center and the assistant at the office were unprofessional, unhelpful and had no regard for my medical needs.

Everyone’s very friendly and professional. The nurses and techs help put me at ease and I trust my doctor completely. David, Marion, Gwen and Paulita make a great team; They are very caring, efficient and adept at arresting those doctor visit jitters; they help you feel more relaxed and at home. I know my care is in good hands. I tell my family, friends and acquaintances that I have a good doctor in whom I respect and trust and recommend. I like Dr. Chu and her team; thank you for giving me the opportunity to express that.
