My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Johnson's. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. The medical staff is wonderful in every way. Dr. Johnson is patient, attentive, and such a calm influence. She follows up on every little detail, even offering to check on a billing question for us. She is up-to-date on new research and responsive to our questions and situations. We appreciate the lab on-site and are so happy we found this office after our move to the area. Ten stars!

i had an appointment today at 8:40. I didn’t get seen until 9:40. I was told the reason behind the wait was because my labs were being ordered and I had cancelled my annual appointment. I didn’t cancelled any appointments, it takes months to get an appointment. I communicated this with the lady at the front desk ( she was pleasant) but someone had canceled my appointment that I had scheduled 9 months ago. It’s so difficult to get an appointment here. I was told someone would reach out to me to reschedule. I really frustrated because I can barely get an appointment and when I got one it was canceled and no one told me.

My initial visit was with Clayton Miller PA. It was a truly horrible visit. Not only did he not listen to my concerns (honestly I think he was under qualified, acted like a schoolboy) he left me more confused on my concerns. He did not have or seek to have any advice. He threw a med @ me that I was already taking I asked to see the MD on my next visit and just received a call from a very despondent desk staff person asking me if I was going to make my appointment coming up with Clayton Miller? She told me the MD’s next appointment was in another 6 months (I had already waited 6 months to what I thought was to see her). What a waste of time. The office is a joke. This is my first negative review for any “professional “ office.

Nice staff, but don't expect them to be timely when it comes to submitting referrals and prescriptions. I routinely have to call several days after an appointment to get them to move on prescriptions and referrals. As I write this, it's been 10 days since my last appointment and they are still sitting on the referral the doctor put in. It's frustrating.

Dr. Garner and staff are amazing! Dr. Garner cares about his patients and he take the time to listen to your concerns and provide wonderful feedback when needed. You’re greeted with a smile from check in to checking out.

Really love this place and the staff! Jamie is the MA, she is amazing! She is always super sweet, and makes the experience that much better !! Clayton is my PA, he is always super helpful, empathetic, extremely knowledgeable and listens to me!! Both Clayton and Jamie are the best and truly care about the their patients !! Memorial is lucky to have both of them!! Highly recommend to anyone!!!!

Absolutely love this place and the staff! My PA is Clayton and he is ALWAYS super helpful and listens to my concerns!! Very knowledgeable!!! Jamie is the MA, she is AMAZING!!!!! She is ALWAYS super sweet!! Both Clayton and Jamie are the BEST & truly show that they care about their patients!! Highly recommend to anyone!!!!
