Finding a new primary care can be a daunting task. Finding one with professional, caring and welcoming staff is nearly impossible. This isn’t the case with Memorial Health University Physicians. From the moment I walked in I was embraced with a smile and very professional service. I can’t recall the names of the to young ladies at the front desk…but thank you both!!!! Dr. Sophia Brinkley was very knowledgeable and attentive. I felt heard and supported with my concerns regarding my health, this is often not the case when you are a woman of color. Thank you Dr. Brinkley. I was able to get my lab work done without any wait. I highly recommend Memorial Health University Physicians!!!!

First time visit to establish a primary care physician. The front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I really like Dr. Brinkley Nd her nurse. Great bedside manner. She discussed my medical history with me and was very knowledgeable. She did not force any vaccines or procedures on me, but advised those i may need now or down the road. Blood work was scheduled around my work schedule, and available at this office in Rincon. And i had a choice of mammogram facilities. Very happy that i waited the 3 months to get in to see her. It was worth it!

LaShay at the FD, guided me through the check in/check out process so seamlessly and Angela Chumley, NP took her time with me as we discussed my health concerns. Dr. Brinkley is one of the best doctors I've seen in recent years; she's compassionate, thorough, and understanding. She works with you to find the best solution and listens when things aren't working. ALSO! Alex is ALWAYS on top of it and is super friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions I have! Every time I see that he's working or replying to my MyChart messages, I know I'm in great hands.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Brinkley today. She listened to all of my concerns with great patience and made me feel truly heard. Dr. Brinkley took the time to explain everything clearly and provided thoughtful solutions to my health issues. I felt very well cared for and confident in the treatment plan she recommended. Dr. Brinkley and her staff are wonderful! The reception area staff are very helpful too! I was able to get in and have my labs taken care of on my first visit. The lab tech was super sweet too. I look forward to being a new patient here.
