I just adore this office! All of the staff is wonderful! Mae and Jordan at the front desk always greet me with a smile and answers any questions about upcoming appointments with ease. Dr. Bostwick and NP Karin Young have been the best with tag teaming my pregnancy so far. They alternate seeing me every visit to ensure every box is checked! The nurses are also so skilled and make blood tests a breeze!! If you’re thinking of finding a new team for annual visits or your pregnancy I can’t recommend them enough!!

The worse experience. I had an appt at 3 they sent a reminder for 3. I arrived a bit late because i went to the wrong building due to poor signage. I was the informed i should have been there at 2:30 to fill out paper work i had already filled out. Then, after an hours drive, they told me to reschedule. Why can they not tell you the real time you are expected to be there. Perhaps a sign directing women to the correct clinic would also be useful. Really, I would suggest looking for an alternative

Karin was the first practitioner I have had in a long time. She took her time got to understand my history and made sure I was comfortable. Everybody at this office was so nice from the kind lady at the front desk to Jessica the nurse! They all were ready to help.

Awesome! Ms. Mae is the perfect person to calm a strong. My appointment was met with frustration, because after confirming it seemed as if I wasn't going to be seen 🙃. Plus the weather didn't help, it was a rainy day due to Debby. Thankfully Ms. Mae calmed my frustration, she's awesome. The complete staff is awesome, terrific. NP, Karin Young is a jewel, there's no feelings of nervousness with her. She makes you feel comfortable even at a doctor's office, lol. Last but not least was Kelly. She makes you feel at ease, as she records your weight and BP. Even checking out was pleasant with Jordan. A perfect staff .

such a wonderful staff starting off everyone made me feel very, very welcome. Any questions I had they were answered even as I was getting my check up best Experience I had with a facility. I drove 45 minutes to my appointment and it was amazing.

Had a great first visit @Memorial Health Women’s Care - Islands. The office staff was lovely, and NP Karin Young was great! Really took time and was thorough happy to have found them. Can’t recommend them enough.

Annual visit yesterday with NP Karin and Maria. They were prompt, attentive and fun! Being a woman is wild so it’s was nice to have a light hearted conversation but still being taken serious. Great team! Especially Mae at the front desk - she’s so charming and pleasant!

The doctors and nurse practioners are wonderful. They are kind and helpful and put you right at ease. I wish I could say so for the front staff. I was treated from the moment we got there. My daughter's appointment was at 3 and we arrived at 2:50. We have been waiting on this appointment for over 5 months and they have even rescheduled us before we finally got this appointment. We were told that we should have been there 30 mins early which no one told us anf because of that we wouldn't be seen. My daughter had to miss school today for this appointment and me and her dad had to miss work, not to mention the two hour drive there and two hour drive back. We were told they were willing to accommodate us by making her a new appointment but that doesn't make up for the time it took to get there, the gas money to get there, and the money lost from missing work. The worst part is we waited so long for this appointment my daughter really needed because of her having pain and female issues. She was so upset and emotional from all of this and who could blame her. It was highly unprofessional and the staff could have cared less. It's sad my daughter missed out getting to see really great doctors because the front staff failed to inform us we needed to arrive 30 mins early and then treated us like it was our fault. I spoke so highly of this place and recommended it to others but I will not make that mistake again.
