Very professional and pleasant experience from start to finish. All the nurses were amazing, the pediatrician was excellent help, and both doctors were so great. Oh not to forget, both the housekeeping team and the nutrition team were kind when they came in the room to assist with anything. There wasn’t one person I interacted with that was anything less than kind, caring and personable.

Memorial Satilla Health really is an awesome hospital. The staff nurses, doctors, housekeeping. It's a very nice clean hospital. You are well taken care of. I really am grateful to have had to go to this hospital. I was kinda scared to be so far from home. But they made me feel like family not just a patient . Also the cafeteria staff to.

Both of the lady's in the MRI dept were awesome. Very polite and professional. If it didn't hurt so much I would almost be willing to go get another MRI done lol

My visit was very good. I was treated with compassion and care. I was given thorough treatment and was tested completely to find out what was going on. Timmy Davis was my Nurse Practitioner and he was amazing. I truly appreciate the care that I was given by him and the nurses that were on duty. Thank you all for great care.

Where to start? My mom has a lot of health issues. One being is her lungs. COPD, Emphysema, Fibrosis, and prone to pneumonia. We traveled to Georgia and somehow caught Covid. My mom went downhill fast and had to call 911. Got there ran test, x-rays, etc. Told the hospital all her issues. She was admitted for Covid and pneumonia. Get her up in the room and settled thinking they would monitor her oxygen round the clock because she's on Oxygen 24/7 and if she takes it all and walks it will drop fast. We asked about everything and they said we come in every 2 hours to check on patient. So if my mom passes out or dies from no oxygen they would no know until they went and checked on her or the one heart monitor alerts the station that her heart stopped. Well your heart will keep going for a little bit even if you're not breathing. We kept telling them my mom needs her home medicines for her neuropathy, diabetes, blood pressure and more but didn't care. They said we gotta get permission from doctors. Okay I understand that but we are telling you to push the issue. Next issue was there was shit smears in the tub. House cleaning confirmed it was. GROSS!!! All she said was im so sorry and that she didn't understand why they didn't see that. So finally the last issue is my mom is not allowed to have a cough suppressant and if the doctor and nurses cared and read or listen to us and history they would see that someone with my moms health issues cannot have something that keeps her cough in. She needs to be able to cough up the muscus or she will get pneumonia. What did the pressribe? A freaking cough suppressant. This hospital needs to go back to training for patient centered care and learn to listen to patients and their families

My Technician was awesome! I can't remember her name but she was very personable and friendly, she did my last sonogram.
I was very happy with my experience this time!
It has not always been that way.
