It was awful Dr Patel did literally nothing to help me after me waiting 6 months to be scheduled with her they didn't gave my records supposedly and tried to convince me I had neck and back injections that I never received. She acted as if I was an inconvenience and referred Me to Er
After being contacted about my review I was told they got my records Nov13 and would call me later that day or the 14. Today is the 19 they never called so I called and Dr. Patels nurse srated"Dr .Patel said you have arthritis from your neck all the way down your spine and it looks like you have a pinched nerve and that's all it says", there was no follow up appoiont no treatment plan. Nothing just that so I'm still in the same place.

Trying to get an appointment here as a new patient is insanely difficult for some reason. I know that specialists are understaffed and have a high volume of patients to attend to, but this is ridiculous. They have rescheduled my appointment upwards of 5 times now with different excuses each time of why Miss Patel won’t be able to see me. Been trying to get into office for almost a year now . Finally thought I would be able to come in this morning because they confirmed my appointment yesterday but surprise surprise! They called to reschedule the morning of! Congratulations to anyone who is successful in making an appointment AND being able to be seen. I moved from out of state and haven’t been able to be seen by a neurologist for over a year now. Very unprofessional, very rude, and if I could give a negative star I would .

Both Charles and Dr. Patel are absolutely wonderful. They aren't dismissive, they truly listen to their patients, and they give great care. I've been so thrilled to have become their patient.

Memorial Satilla Neurology is the absolute best neurology practice I have ever been to. Dr Patel & Ms Angie are amazing! They both listen to you & answer any questions you have. There is never more than a 5 minute wait to be seen. Everyone in the practice is very friendly & helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I liked her a lot. She took the time to hear me out. Most doctor's don't do that. But she did and that blew me a way. Now we are waiting on my insurance for a procedure that hopefully they'll cover to help me get rid of my migraines. I definitely recommend going to her if you never have gone to a Nero or wanting to change doctors.

Dr.Patel is the best you can ask for. She listens to her patient and she cares about you as a person. I will never go to anyone but her again. It is amazing to have someone who wants to help you when you have felt unheard for so long.

I recently was administered an EMG by Dr. Patel. I was taken back into a comfortable room with a few minutes. The procedures were explained in detail. The first procedure was by a well informed nurse that took great pains in explanations and details. She performed her set of procedures admirably. Dr Patel then took over and pretty much follow protocol, explaining all in detail and notifing me what to expect and when it was ab out to happen. All but the stick into the top upper leg muscle where not bad. Thank you for a very good experience and much attention to detail.

Dr Nimi Patel is a phenomenal nerologist. She has been taking care of my daughter for seven years now. She has impeccable bedside manner, up to date on the latest research, and genuinely cares about the families of her patients. She is the type of neurologist that you follow if they ever move. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch neurologist.
