La mera verdad no sé por que existe este lugar si ni siquiera sirve para lo que dice Emergencia si tienen a un paciente grave no lo traigan aquí por que es mas seguro que empeore o asta pase a otra situación crítica su familiar yo traje a mi bebé de 1 y 4 meses y lo traje de emergencia por que tiene mucho vómito no comió por todo el día y el niño inquieto por el dolor que tiene en la pancita y solo me pusieron a llenar documentos después me sentaron en sala de espera por 1 hora y pregunte que cuánto faltaba para atender a mi bebé y me dijo la persona de la ventana que faltaba mucho que por qué le estaban dando prioridad a las ambulancias nunca vuelvo a este lugar por qué te ayudarían ya que tu familiar o tu este sin respirar en este mundo mal lugar ?

The ER team here is one the rudest and unprofessional staff I have encountered. The department is unsanitary and dirty. My father went into Septic Shock because of low blood pressure and I was advocating for him because he could barely catch his breath. The “nurse” Letty asked why he was here “because he didn’t look sick.” She proceeded to argue with me about getting more blankets for my dad to calm him down and stop his tremors/shaking. I had to look for her several times. There was no communication with me about him the entire 8 hours we were there. She alluded to say she gave him pain medications and I don’t think she did. If so, it was very minimal. I asked her to put Oxygen on him to help his shortness of breath & she said “his numbers are fine, he doesn’t need that!” Then gave him Oxygen 5 hours later! Doctor Phillip Richemont was beyond arrogant and spoke to me very demeaning. I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable and pissed off in my life. It is people like these 2 why patients DIE! The only smart thing this doctor did was transfer my dad to a different hospital. Good riddance and I hope you get what’s coming to you. Neither of you should be in medical field or ever operating on someone.

I was so very pleased how this hospital treated my mom. The ICU staff and Drs. couldn't have been kinder. It was refreshing to be in a hospital that wasn't over crowded! We only had hospice on 2nd floor for 1 day. They made it as comfortable as possible. I have NOTHING bad to say! Thank you!

Went to the er this morning around 7:45am only one person in waiting room. So I intinally thought it would be quick. I want ultrasound on my upper abdomen bc I have been having pain there for two weeks. It went slow and during our wait I had to do a pee test and found out a man was hiding in the bathroom. I assume drugs because same man showed up later asking everyone for a lighter. The er waiting room is absolutely disgusting. When I got blood work it was literally sitting by the door or er in the hallway. Got results for everything around 10 great . Was given med my prescription was sent and then I was left in the waiting room for hours with nothing. Finally by 1 I ask the nurse she doesn't even know what I'm waiting for asking oh you are waiting on results no no I'm not. I'm confused why I was never given a bed or a room. Just left to sit in a waiting room in pain, I can't lay down in my car to wait anything. The nurses were very nice though. I will be going elsewhere

Don’t come here unless you really need to. ER staff is rude and short tempered. I understand this is your job but these are people’s loved ones and we as laypeople often are often in state of panic and worry. Simple kindness and manners should not be this hard to find here, especially with the ages of the people who work the ER front desk. There’s a serious lack of compassion and care here. These people should absolutely not be in the business of caring for people

My sister just went there for blood pressure at 220 the doctor has the nerve to come in real quick and ask her "what's wrong with you hurry up I have a patient dying in the room over" like seriously you don't tell your other patients that. Which caused my sister to freak out more someone needs to do something immediately im sure there's some law to disclosing other patients info like that
