DONNA is literally the most RUDE person I have ever met in my entire life. Dr. Duke and Melissa are the best, I can't say enough positive things about them and the entire staff, they are the best ever, but I hope you never have to come in contact with Donna and if you do I hope you tell her just how rude she is.

As with any doctors, you must communicate all your issues and wanted results.. I've been with Sinclair Health for 5 yrs now and am happy with the service. Melissa is the best and very attentive to my needs. She and Dr. Duke make a great team. I'm disabled with multiple health issues and have always been treated professionally. I'm very satisfied with them.

Called to make new patient appointment and spoke to charming and delightful lady to make a new patient appointment. Explained that I lived in an area with limited cell coverage and very poor internet service but would fill out new patient forms when I could. I got a phone call from someone different in the office an hour and a half before my appointment that was very rude and condescending telling me I was told my new patient forms needed to be turned in 24 hours ahead of time. She kept complaining that my phone calls were cutting out and that was why she was talking over my explanations and responses. I was never told the paperwork needed to be filled out a day early. That was the whole point … I was planning on filling the paperwork out when I got to their office about 20 minutes early. It was too late to get there 45 minutes early. They did not need everything filled out early for a 15 minute new patient consult. She wanted to reschedule, but was so rude and refused to listen to me that I said I would find another doctor. Maybe she was having a bad day … the phone call left me shaking and crying. I have severe PTSD and her condescending tone of voice and the way she interrupted every time I tried to talk convinced me to never set foot in this office. This may be no big deal to some patients, I chose Dr. Duke for his reputation as a caring individual who listens and cares about his patients. I have no problem with office protocol, I do have a problem with people who refuse to let me talk or explain.

When I first came I didn't like them at all when my husband got sick Dr Melissa took care of him I think she's the best dr duke is good to but Melissa is the best 5 star

I went for my free Wellness Check for the year and I spoke to multiple people and the nurse to make sure checking my blood pressure was a part of the Wellness Check. I just wanted to make sure that my blood pressure was fine and was told that checking blood pressure was a part of the Wellness Check. However, I still ended up being charged for an office visit where I never even spoke with a doctor and just had my blood pressure checked which was included in the Wellness Check for the year. A ridiculous appointment where the office was clearly trying to over bill. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a doctor's office.

Dr. Duke is great... but his nursing staff is not... I went in today to get my labs done and asked if I could get my blood pressure checked. I was told no. When I asked why they advised me that if it was too high it would be too time consuming to help me. That's very concerning because I am on blood pressure medication monitored by this doctor... I guess it's time to start looking for a new doctor's office...

If you call for the nurse good luck. Your lucky if the girl at the desk answers and if she does she won’t let you speak to someone who can really help. not to mention she won’t give you anyone else’s number or contact information. when a veteran has been trying to get there medication fill for a week now and is off mental health thats just neglect at that point. This place is worse than the VA.
