I got into my appointment and out of the office within 15 minutes of my scheduled time. I really appreciate the fact that Dr. Scherb takes his time to answer questions concerning my knee replacement. I have had many surgeries in the past and felt like the surgeon does not care to inform nor take the time to enlighten the patient...that was not the case today; I felt listened to. Dr. Scherb was able to give me a cortisone shot in the OTHER knee on short notice and that makes me very happy!

Butchered my mother's surgery after a horrific crush injury and then when she is still in horrible pain months later (which she still is communicating to him) he pulls all restrictions at work. Hard to ignore the obvious biased care women receive from him.
Not to mention that his nurse accused my mother of being a drug seeker when she called and was begging for help because of this pain. Shame on you and a shame on Mercy Medical Center for having someone so negligent work for them.

“My experience was amazing with Dr. Scherb due to 4000 pound piece of I-Beam of steel falling from a loading table onto my foot. Everyone of my medical team were very interested in my physical and mental comfort. Everything was well explained dealing with broken toes and an open wound. I never was made to feel that caring for me was a burden. I had no reluctance to ask for what I needed. My wife asked questions to see how she could provide at home care for me as well. He kindly answered her questions. Dr. Scherb listen to her concerns for me. On top of that my medical situation has been a long haul as we deal with the open wound. However, such a trauma injury takes time to heal. I will refer my family and friends to Dr. Scherb whom have orthopedic health care needs. Dr. Scherb was always very professional, thorough, and had an excellent "bedside manner. My wife is a massage therapist. She noted that he has a healing aura about him with wisdom.
