I was walking really bad, never driving, my pain was constant and very high and I was going to have to quit my teaching job. After just one month coming here I was able to stay at my job, I’m walking great and driving sometimes, my quality of life drastically improved and my pain has come down so so much on a daily basis!!!! I cannot possibly recommend them highly enough

JAMI, the receptionist, is professional, pleasant and gentle. She is an asset to Dr O'Dell's practice. A few years ago Dr O'Dell used techniques that gave my total body relief for several months. So I am returning to get my body pains to subside ince again. He is using newer technology so I'm looking forward to find out what the testing reveals.

Started seeing Dr. O’Dell in August of 2023. Been seeing him three times per week to address lower back and shoulder issues. I am very pleased with the healing progress and significant improvement in my quality of life. Dr. O”Dell doesn’t just perform chiropractic technics, he addresses the issue at the source with knowledge, science, technology, and compassion. I highly recommend Dr. O’Dell.

Michael O’Dell is wonderfully intuitive and so very skilled. I trust him fully with my health and feel great benefit every time I get a treatment from him. I even choose to travel more than 30 minutes to go see him versus any other chiropractor!

I went to the ER because my neck pain got so bad I couldn’t look down. I had developed a 101 fever and heart rate was 160. I was admitted within 2 hours because they were scared I had meningitis. I have no family in California and couldn’t get ahold of anyone except the nurse called my mother with the hospital phone and she came all the way from Idaho. Yes I have a cell phone but I was hallucinating while I was there so no I couldn’t remember and it was hard to comprehend. Let alone the hospital was more concerned about keeping me alive and It was non stop testing and needles. I was isolated, sad, scared and alone. Apparently this male doctor got so mad while I was in the hospital getting spinal tap and every other test possible that I am not able to be scheduled ever again because I couldn’t contact him. Thank the lord the doctors figured out my medical issue and I found a kind chiropractor in Poway that will help me. Now people are still gonna see this man but don’t miss appointments because he’s not got the softest heart and definitely not sympathetic.

always feel better after visiting BACK TO HEALTH !!! The adjustments are so specialized and the laser treatments are such a big help. They always make you feel at home. It is a HAPPY PLACE. I am 89 years old, and Dr. O'Dell's adjustments are just right !!!
