Dr. Malone’s office is always behind. Every appointment I went to I had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Today my appointment was at 8:10 and by 8:45 I still had not been called back. I asked the check in receptionist how much longer it would be and she said they were just getting the room ready. Another 10 minutes went by and another patient was called back. I went to the check out desk and requested to reschedule.
Both employees then began to give excuses saying it was because they had to manually enter paperwork and manually write it out. They also started to have an attitude when I told them this happens every time I come in for an appointment. So I just requested to cancel completely. My appointment was at 8:10. By 8:55 I still had not been called back. I had to leave work for this appointment to not even be seen. This appointment had been scheduled for a couple months.
I understand paperwork can be time consuming. But I showed up to the office at 7:55. They called me back up and gave me the paperwork at 8:08. I completed the paperwork in less than 5 minutes.

I went Dr Malone without an appointment. He was kind enough to fit me in. He was kind and listened to what I was saying and explained everything beautifully. Also would like to say he has a wonderful personality/sense of humor.
His staff was just as nice and took great care of my needs.

Patient here with a break. Still have to work (server) spilled salad dressing and soda in my cast and was told after I came to the cast clinic that it’s fine🤷🏼‍♀️ who would be expected to wear a cast with salad dressing in it for over a week. Gotta find a new place bc this does not sit right with me. Otherwise the care from drs has been good.

My visit with Dr. Malone was great! He was understanding to my not feeling well because of my medical conditions and did all he could to make it better. Place is a great if you like spending thousands of dollars and hours of your life in a waiting room, and for 45 seconds of FaceTime with a Dr. all while the Dr. Wont even look up from your chart to treat you with respect. Top notch Dr. Office

Dr. Easom was great However, the records department did not have a good hospitality towards the patient. She was rude and argued with me and refused to fill my paperwork out. I will not be returning to them..
