If you want substandard care- If you want your doctor to change on a regular basis- If you want to pay for an office visit every time you need a refill on an inhaler, If you want to be referred to Urgent care when anything beyond routine comes up- This is your place.
They lie about returning calls- It takes 3-4 attempts through the portal and phone calls to get maintenance meds refilled- They can't keep MD's on staff -They are a chaotic mess.
Do yourself a favor and find somewhere better- it won't be hard.
It is a shame that this is what has become of Dr Gourlie's practice.

Wow this place is absolutely terrible. My friend had the worst time there and is still in pain because the new doctor refused to take her seriously after a car accident. I'm looking on here knowing she posted a review and I don't see it so not on my are they terrible but they take down negative reviews. Hence them having such a bad reputation and such high reviews. Google the Dr who works there not. I don't even understand how he got hired. He's cleaning not a good Dr and seems a lil racist.

Extremely poor practice. She told me there's no way to lower stomach acid (lies), and I could of died if i followed the poor advice. Then moves away and quits job, (second doctor who quits then moves away), then they proceeded to tell me they cant see me for a whole year.. I most likely will be dead by then I have a serious health issue thats burning a hole in my esophagus. super silly practice going on here.

Still refuses to see patients who have any symptom that could possibly be linked to COVID which is pretty much any symptom in the book. So, there's no point in using this office for primary care, unless you believe annual physicals actually have some medical purpose, other than to put more money in their pockets. It should be illegal for medical providers to refuse treating an existing patient. Also, this office has a hard time keeping doctors. They are constantly changing. And usually they force you to see a nurse, not a doctor. I do not recommend.
