It’s been over 2 weeks of trying to get an appointment with this office. I was recently hospitalized and told I was needing to follow up with a doctor in a few days. And no one seems to want to even let me schedule in August as they “are reviewing the paperwork”. A bit ridiculous. My parents have been coming here and speak highly of the doctors which is the only reason I’m still trying to be seen here.

Edit: they refused me because they “don’t take patient with my problems” but I have recently just moved back to Delaware so they have no idea what is going on with me.

Middletown family Care has been harassing me to pay a payment that was paid by my insurance-they say it’s a deductible payment and I’m responsible-I have Tricare for Life-they pay all deductible etc-Tricare has sent them a letter-faxed a proof of the payment and they still harassing me to pay-even threatened my that they are giving it to collections-how can they do this? They were payed and took the payment money-any advice appreciated

Such a high turnover rate at this office ! You have to be approved to work there by the clock ! The owner and Office Manager could care less about the importance of certain things. She pays attention to other details like the carpet, Scrutinizing your every move ! A real pain. All of the girls talk about the Office Manager and they just do whatever to satisfy.

The "click" talks about you, behind your back. No Teamwork here ......

This is the worst Scenario: You have two providers leaving within a month from now that ARE NOT NOTIFYING THEIR OWN PATIENTS.

WHEN THE PATIENTS COME TO THE CHECK OUT DESK, TO SCHEDULE FOLLOW UPS IS WHEN THE PATIENTS FIND THAT THEY ARE STUCK PICKING ANOTHER PROVIDER. AGAIN, THE PATIENTS ARE LEFT IN THE MIDST FINDING OUT FROM THE GIRLS AT THE FRONT DESK AND NOT THEIR CURRENT PROVIDER.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE QUALITY HEALTHCARE, OR DODGING THE PATIENTS THAT THEY WILL SOON BE DESERTING!

BEWARE !!!!

YOUR BETTER OFF GOING TO THE HOSPITAL, GOING TO AN ACUTE CARE .... OR SELECTING A TOTALLY NEW PROVIDER AND GOING TO A "CARING" MEDICAL OFFICE.

DONT CALL AND ASK RI SPEAK TO THE M.A.'S UHH THATS ALL I CAN SAY....

Ramona the NP is very rude, talks over you on the phone and is very sarcastic. I was a patient for over 15 years here until Dr Dedhia cut back his hrs. He is the best!! What I can’t believe is that he or the office mgr would allow such trash in their practice.

This office is horrible !! call today to make an appointment for my sister. The lady answered for me into a whole button. I was on hold for 20 minutes , Then someone transfer me to the authorization line ! I guess when you make a comment online about the office, they no longer want anything to do with you ....This office is a complete mess ! they don’t see sick patients and if you are sick, they wanna kick you out like you got the plague ! They asked my 15 year old niece But I didn't if she was pregnant and humiliated her because she was a tad overweight! you can never get them on the phone. They scheduled my mom’s wellness visit two days before it was before it was due and then when she got there, they try to make her pay for it out of pocket when they set the appointment up. Yeah bunch of clowns in that office. Kicked my daughter out of the practice 🙁

Update: I was denied to be seen after review.

Like all of Deleware, it is easier to get an appointment in Philly. Over a week after submitting the requested new patient documents, and coming into office, I have not been approved or denied by a doctor to SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.
The approval process seems like it is discriminatory if not at least bias in the "type" of patients and insurance it is willing to accept.
Beyond that the front office is a joy to deal with, and by that I mean I would rather get a root canal.
I can't provide a review on the service or skill of the professionals as I am still awaiting review...
