I've been a patient at this dental office for about a year and a half to two years, and while the dental care itself has been fine, I can't overlook the unwelcoming front desk staff. Going to the dentist is never something anyone looks forward to, and all interactions, especially with the front desk, are important in making the experience more tolerable. Unfortunately, the staff here is blah and unhelpful and seems disinterested in assisting patients, which really detracts from the overall experience. Despite the clean office and professional dentists, I can't recommend this office because the lack of courtesy at the front desk makes the visit more frustrating than it needs to be.

Visited this practice for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I had a very very thorough cleaning as well as some repairs done to broken crowns. I felt the price was very affordable, and the whole experience was very comfortable.

Had deep cleaning done and the process was really smooth with almost no pain and discomfort.Everyone there are really friendly and do their best to make you comfortable. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!

Not even a basic cleaning performed just taken multiple, whole bunch of x-rays, photos etc and given some papes saying this is your plan and come later instead of performing any cleaning. We have been going to Dental clinics for past 8 years and all the time they discuss issue and suggest and also perform dental cleaning. More over without informing me took some kind of x-rays which was not fully covered under my plan for which they asked to pay $100 upfront. Not at all satisfied what all happened as we did not get anything out of spending 2 hous time and so much money. Highly dissatisfied, will never recommend anybody to Milton Family Dental Care.
