The office is beautiful and clean with great music playing. Staff and providers were very friendly. The dental hygienist was very informative on proper cleaning of my teeth. I would definitely recommend Mint dentistry to others 10/10 stars!

The staff was great. They were professional and they really care about your dental health. The dentist was detailed on what see saw the problem was and how she wanted to treat it. The break down of the payment on how much your insurance pays and how you have to pay was also very detailed and well explained. My overall experience was great and so was the staff. I can't say enough about the front desk? First impression is everything and they exceeded my expectation. The ambiance boasts a unique atmosphere, The floors were spotless, the bathroom was clean and fully equipped with all essential supplies for maintaining good mouth hygiene, the rooms were clean to provide patients with a pleasant experience.

I was impressed by the staff's professionalism and commitment to my dental health. Dr. Perlow's impressive knowledge and enthusiasm made a positive impact. Her energy was everything! She's professional and inviting. I don't particularly like going to the dentist but the entire staff immediately settled my nerves. A special thank you to the office manager, who calmed my nerves and held my hand. Her detailed explanation of the diagnosis, treatment plan, and financial breakdown, including insurance coverage, was highly appreciated. Thank you to Dr. Perlow's assistance for your prayers, knowledge and being a vessel for the Lord. You are appreciated. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I am grateful for the dedication of Dr. Perlow and her team. I am so happy I chose this location and I look forward to my follow up appointments.

The staff treated me well. They were professional and they helped me understand the pricing for everything I needed treatment-wise. Dr. Perlow & her hygienist took great care of me while I was having my cleaning done, and helped me set up ongoing treatment. My wait time also wasn't long, as appointments are adhered to. Even though I've heard of this dentist practice for a couple of years now, I'm glad they now have a location in this part of town, as they're great & convenient for me.

Dr. Perlow and the entire staff were amazing. Very kind, professional, and inviting. I don't particularly like going to the dentist but they immediately settled my nerves. I highly recommend them. Prices are fair and the quality of service is top notch. The inside is clean and well designed. You definitely don’t feel like you’re sitting in a lobby.

I enjoyed Ms. Keshia and her boldness!! She's awesome and I appreciate her greatly!!. Everyone is super welcoming and works with you!! I love that so much!! I felt appreciated, cared for and that my requests were valid with my dental care. Dr. Perlow is outstanding, made my visit fun!!! I’ve never been to a dentist office with vibrating chairs. They really want you to relax and get comfortable and I’m super thankful for that. I most certainly shared Mint Dentistry to my family and friends!!

While the receptionists were warm and friendly, when I was attempting to explain my medical needs and boundaries to the licensed dentist (not the hygienist or technician), I was met with hostility and rude, dismissive behavior. I was even told that I was currently “not on enough medication” because I was asking direct and gentle questions about my treatment plan.

I suggest customers in need of dental services seek other providers and avoiding all MINT locations.

Lastly, there are likely no repercussions for their poor treatment of me as a patient. However, there are deep repercussions for me, as I now have to seek dental care outside of my dental insurance since I have utilized my yearly benefit with this failed visit.

I had my teeth cleaned a couple of time here and it was fine. But I wouldn’t recommend going here for anything more than a simple cleaning. Getting a night guard made was an exercise in futility. I’m still in disbelief that they told me that my teeth would probably ache for a couple of weeks while they adjusted to the super tight guard they made. I’ve never had that issue in the past. Sigh… guess I’ll be going back to my OTC night guard after wasting my money with this place on a guard I’ll never be able to use 🙁
