I have visited this Villa rica MC location twice in the last 3 months. Both times saw same NP, Rebekah R and both times she sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy! The first time it was medicines for bronchitis including an inhaler which I desperately needed. Most recently for Tamiflu which has to be taken within a certain number hours of symptoms or it’s useless. I was adamant about her sending it to the correct pharmacy on my most recent visit and she still sends it to the wrong pharmacy. Which causes a delay (several days) in getting the medicines I need! Do not go here!

Came in for an appointment for sinus issues, sore throat, stuffy nose, all the fun stuff. They tested me for just covid and it came back negative. I went in to see the NP Rebekah and she was sitting in there in a crop top and long skirt with her vape on her desk while her "student" checked me out. They did not feel my lymph nodes and barely checked my throat. She checked my ear and then told the NP to come look and they said there was fluid in my ear and then did not say anything else. Told me it was probably just some sinus issues and to let it run its course. They made it seem like I had gone in for no reason. I absolutely will not be back. Vaping in a minute clinic is beyond wild to me. Very disappointed.

Was on hold for over 4 hours. I had to call the minute clinic in Dallas Georgia for them to get my doctors note extended which they did and all Villa Rica had to do was approve it. Once I finally got in touch with the NP Ashley at villa Rica she was very rude and told me it’s been 6 days and I’m not sick & to not call the phone and bother her with this. It’s been 2 days. Dallas GA cvs apologized greatly for how rude she was and had to send it over again. I do not recommend this place at all & I feel like someone who is in charge of caring for patients should have a better attitude or a different job.

I went in during an evening appointment. I had what was very much like a sinus infection, except I had been having a fever. They take me in to do my vitals and they say it sounds like the flu so she does a test. She says that it is positive. The whole time I am in here her mask is on her chin but she is telling me how she thinks shes coming down with something, feels warm so she may have a fever, ect. I go she the doctor in the next room and she says that the test was negative. She says it's a virus, prescribes me antibiotics, and charges me $239. When I get home and look at my chart test results, it says I was positive for the flu! She has put in my chart that I have an ear infection. The only symptom of that is apparently the inside of my ear was red. $239 paid and I'm still confused on what I even have.

CVS Minute Clinic alone is useless to me. They can’t prescribe refills for skin conditions such as eczema or non-controlled refills for mental health disorders. The website states services are offered for “ Depression Screening and Medication Management” along with “Acne/Psoriasis” yet the nurse unable to prescribe me ANYTHING due to not being “allowed”. I’m glad I was not charged for the visit considering I left with nothing prescribed. I honestly do not understand the purpose of CVS minute clinics? Safe to say, I will NEVER use CVS for any future services again, so glad I left the company as an employee years ago knowing they do not care for their employees AND patients.

Made appointment. Got charged $100 for taking my blood pressure. They didn’t do anything else except refuse to treat me for anything and told me to go to the er so I leave. No services rendered but the VA paid in full for no service. Filed a fraud claim with the VA and will be posting a bad review on the nurse practitioner as well.

They told me that paying out of pocket $200 would be the payment for a test. A month after paying, I got a bill for an additional $400 in the mail from the testing company and they never told me I would have that payment too. Do not go here.

I’ve been to the minute clinic many times and have paid out of pocket for services when my specific insurance wasn’t accepted. That said, made an appt yesterday for today and I arrive at my slotted time and all of a sudden I can no longer pay out of pocket (even though it says that I can on their website). My time was wasted and advised us to to to urgent care, where more illnesses are and people who may need the appt more than us (at this time). Won’t waste my time again.
