The receptionist is very unprofessional. She gave me the wrong change, then held my prescription hostage until I came back to fix her mistake. Then called my emergency contact and scared my family trying to get me to come back to fix her mistake. The Dr was cool tho

Overall great experience. I would recommend coming here for immigration physical. The ladies in the front are sooo sweet. I thank them for their awesome customer service, as that is not easy to find nowadays.
I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but they definitely deserve it!

I went for a check up during a cold I was having. It was an empty clinic didn't take too long. My first visit was okay. Got my medicine and got out.

Took my husband to this same clinic for a referral to a specialist and was told it'd take 2 weeks to receive it in the mail.

We waited 3 weeks with no call or update , so I called the office and was told that they were having a hard time finding a specialist that would accept our insurance. I was told I'd get a call back at the end of the week.

I called back at the end of the week because I had yet to receive a call back that Friday.

I was then told that the woman who was handling my husband's case would call me back the following Monday.

Monday came around, I received no call. I called back Tuesday and was told that they were still looking for a specialist.

I'm not one to lose my patience and I understand things take time, but I told them to cancel the referral and that I'd look for another doctor.

I thought this was handled poorly, no communication or updates were given. I was told I'd get call backs repeatedly which never happened.

I don't understand how they couldn't find a specialist that would take our insurance when I had a book full of specialist that could take our insurance sitting in front of me.

Of course we can't just walk in to see a specialist otherwise I would've.

Anyways, after this experience my husband and I have decided to switch doctors.

It's ok for a general check up but their nursing staff need to be on top of things.

This is somebody's health , and somebody that needs to get seen urgently so to me it felt like I was being toyed with.

I went to this place to see this Doctor Who's name is Kee Yang it was the worst experience of my life I went to get treated for my illness and this guy is pretty much took away $60 just for the consult when in any other Clinic is always 30 the most $40 to see the doctor.. he wasn't even there with me for more than one minute and he was already telling me he had to order all this test on me when I had just had walked in chess for one simple thing.. at the end they came out with a bogus charge of almost $400 and something dollars I asked the doctor, why all this test, he says because he thinks that I need to do all that so he can be sure that my health is perfect, are you kidding me not even a month ago I had been to a clinic in a different location and I have gotten all that done and I explained to him that I just had it done and he said well let's do it again.. no problem I was so thrown out by that I couldn't believe how greedy how disrespectful and how he steals all these kinds of money from the community I don't think this place should keep open anymore they should close it down as soon as possible before more people keep going there and being victims of this stupid doctor. so I just walked out and felt like I just had been robbed by this freaking idiot that will not return my money back... this place doesn't even deserve to have one star of mine but I guess I have to post one just to be able to put my experience here at this stupid location... please please do not go to this Clinic save your money go somewhere else because you will regret it.. thank you!!

I tried calling to ask questions about prices for a medical exam. No one answered and I can't even leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full.
