Hands down one of the best places I’ve been to. I felt so taken care of. I had two impacted wisdom tooth and Dr. Smith performed surgery on both. He explained absolutely everything he was going to do and was very professional, but also friendly. Staff in front desk was also very kind and respectful. I called on a Sunday because I was experiencing pain three weeks after the surgery and they answered my call to book an appointment for me, even if the office wasn’t open, which was mind blowing to me. They scheduled me to come in next day. The surgery wasn’t cheap, but they have payment plans. I would recommend 10/10 and will be definitely coming back if I ever need surgery.

Dr Olin is a great doctor, I came in for a second opinion for a problem no one could seem to help me with. He listened to my needs and got me admitted to the hospital so that I wouldnt have to wait weeks maybe months for tests. While it didn’t end up being an oral surgery problem they ended up finding cancer and I am now getting the treatment I need. He probably saved my life by getting me admitted, he truly cares about the patients

Had someone lose his pants in front of me during my consultation and asked the front not to have him in the room when I was put out for the operation. Saw him behind me before they were putting me out, had to keep telling them that staff member made me uncomfortable. Front Office kept telling me they were not going to give me pain medication even though I did not ask for any, felt like they were treating me like a drug seeker. Concerns post-op were not taken seriously, went back to my dentists for post-op care and took another round of antibiotics that finally gave me some relief. Horrible customer service but the surgeon seems like he knows what he's doing, but if you tend to have questions, I would not think this would be a positive experience for you.

Cannot recommend Dr. Olin and his office enough! I got my wisdom tooth removed and Dr. Olin truly made the entire process so seamless. His knowledge and skill is truly impeccable. I had so much anxiety leading up to this procedure and Dr. Olin really put me at ease. Thank you so much Dr. for your hands of gold and you’re amazing staff!!!

I had two teeth pulled by them. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice. The dentist explained clearly why the teeth needed to be pulled. When the time came to have the teeth pulled, they put me at ease and the procedures seemed pretty quick and easy. The type of anesthetic they used reduced the pain for days. Afterwards they called me to see how things were going. Having teeth pulled is unpleasant and a little traumatic, but these people certainly lessened the trauma. I would go there again (but I hope I never have to).

Dr Olin is not only a good surgeon, He’s a genuinely compassionate, professional. My case was complex any handled me with great care. In addition, the staff reflected the same positive professionalism. They seem to really enjoy their work, the receptionist even dressed up for the holidays Sabrina wore a sweater with holiday characters!

We were running a little late and the staff was totally understanding, friendly and accommodating! We shared a joke and a laugh and my daughter got right in. The docs was similarly friendly and explained to my daughter how she was progressing in terms that she completely understood. A perfect visit from start to finish! Highly recommended.

So today I had all wisdoms teeth out all four and a he doc was awesome and the nurse someone else was there too but didn't have a chance to thank him. It's was fast and easy. Thank you for my first experience here. I really do recommend here. Thank you team.
