Worst Experience I have ever had at a dentist! I went to Dr. Lipmans office for years with no issues what so ever, and when Mondovi took over it went straight into the toilet! I just left the office in total disgust, I was actually going to leave right out of the chair, the Hygienist who did my cleaning was so abrasive, awkward and rude, and inexperienced. I left dumbfounded! I told her too how uncomfortable I felt and she was just more aggressive! As I exited, Jenn asked about my next appointment, I just said I'm all set! I will never use this dentist ever again!

Wanted to share my Align (Orthodontal) experience with this dentist office. I used to go to another Mondovi in another state and transferred to this one when I moved. The hygienists are always great and I would recommend coming here for dental cleaning needs.
However, I would strongly recommend not letting your dentist talk you into getting "Align" which is the knock-off brand of Invisalign here (or really any place that does not have a trained Orthodontist on staff). Dr. Sachdev was the one administering my Align treatments and each time I visited, he never explained what was going to happen and always seemed like he never knew what he was doing when he was attaching the "buttons" (things on your teeth to make the trays move your teeth). I was in there for over an hour once because each button he put on my teeth would then fall off right after. I was told my teeth would only take about 8 months to be fixed since I had a light case. I paid for the whole thing upfront and after months I really wasn't noticing a lot of change. I expressed this to Dr. Sachdev and he said we had to continue with each tray even if they weren't fitting properly. He refused to make space in between my teeth for the other teeth to be able to shift into place. I wasted 8 months of my time with literally zero change in my teeth. THEN, after all that, they tell me I need to get more trays and do impressions again after consulting with Align. I came in for new impressions, and was told they would be done in a few weeks. Over 2 months go by with no phone call. I called the office to inquire about the why I have not been contacted to come back in, and they said "oh, no one told you that Dr. Sachdev left the practice?" I was flabbergasted. Then, they told me they needed to refer me out to another Orthodontist to get this finished and that I would most likely need to pay again because the new Orthodontist didn't use Align, they used Invisalign. The new Orthodontist I am going to was able to accommodate me after telling them my horror story with Dr. Sachdev and Mondovi Dental and they are treating me free of charge. My teeth have shifted more in 3 months than they have in the 8 months I was getting treatment from Mondovi. Maybe this is my fault for trusting my dentist when he recommended doing orthodontal work there, but I will never trust any place that does not have an actual Orthodontist on staff to treat me. DO NOT get any orthodontist treatment from Mondovi Dental. Do your research and find an Orthodontist. I am now going to Nutmeg Orthodontics in Windsor and couldn't be happier with my experience.

If I could give them less stars I would, this is now the third time I’ve had a filling done by them that has fallen out in less than a matter of two years. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND. However, staff has always been great.

I don't know where they get these dentist. He was the laziest dentist. Came with toothache. He didn't want to fix my problem. He even told me tomorrow is his last day. I even question him if he was a dentist. Terrible experience. The receptionist told me on July 9 they are getting a permanent dentist. To bad Dr lipman sold the place. I would never recommend Mondavi dental. The dentist is stupid. I know these are harsh words. That how bad my experience. Find a different place to go

I made appointment for checkup & cleaning. After filling up zillion of forms for commitment of payment I was taken in for x-Rays. After the X-rays I was asked to come to the front desk to get an estimate for my treatment plan. When I asked for cleaning I was asked to make another appointment which was never told to me at the time of making my first appointment . I didn’t have much problem except cleaning. To me it looks they cheat the seniors & never do what they want. They just try how they can get money out of your pocket. I will never recommend this dentist.
In response to your reply. When you gave me a feedback for my X-Rays you told me that everything looks good . You need to get guard & also one crown is broken ,little filling is needed. My priority on this appointment was cleaning which was never done. & they were more worried about the other things & were not interested in doing that job. When I asked to speak to you . I was told that you are busy. We don’t do cleaning without the treatment plan..I am still very upset what kind of policy is this.

Truly caring and professional! Dr. Lipman and his staff have always been there for me and my complex dental situations. He is experienced, skillful, and honestly explains your options. I have had many, many dentists in my life and feel blessed to have found this office!

About three years ago I became a patient of Dr. Lipman's, after my previous doctor had retired. I recently broke part of a tooth, but it wasn't causing me any discomfort. At my most recent cleaning he looked a the tooth and recommended a procedure to repair it. I have always had anxiety over dental appointments and I was tempted to delay until the tooth became troublesome. I'm so happy I didn't wait. That day, I went in with a list of questions and concerns which he addressed and clarified with patience and even some humor. Dr. Lipman and his assist Debbie erased my anxiety, making the experience much better than I ever expected. I would highly recommend Dr. Lipman and his entire staff to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate dental office.

I had awful experiences with my previous dentist. When I went to Dr. Lipman the first few times I was very scared. He was both calming and caring. He does amazing work. I never felt any pain when he fixed my cavities. He is overall a wonderful dentist.
