I have been a patient of Dr. Kevin Moore for almost two years. I am highly satisfied with Dr. Moore and his staff. They are all professional, friendly and caring. The office manager Simone is such an angel. The nurse there I can't remember her name but she is very tall. She is an absolute angel as well. Thank God for professionals that still care.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🥰

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Moore's office and feel compelled to share my thoughts. Despite Dr. Moore's pleasant demeanor, the overall service left much to be desired.

Firstly, the lack of follow-up and communication from the office is frustrating. Multiple attempts to reach them regarding prescriptions and appointments yielded no response. It's incredibly frustrating to be left hanging when it comes to important medical matters.

Moreover, there were serious billing discrepancies. Not only did they bill my insurance for procedures that never occurred, but they also failed to bill them for legitimate services, leaving me to have an unnecessary bill.

The most egregious incident was when my appointment was mysteriously canceled without my knowledge due to a supposed "glitch in their system." When I arrived, unable to walk properly due to my foot condition, I was informed that I didn't have an appointment scheduled. Despite my pleas to speak with Dr. Moore, I was denied access to him.

Even when I attempted to escalate the issues by speaking with the office manager, I was met with further disappointment. On two occasions, I requested a call back from Dr. Moore himself to address the ongoing issues, only to be told he had left for the day.

Additionally, there were concerning lapses in Dr. Moore's attention to detail during consultations. Despite having access to my X-rays, he failed to properly assess my condition, even questioning the location of a heel spur without bothering to check the images.

Overall, my experience with Dr. Moore's office has been profoundly disappointing. While Dr. Moore may be personable, the administrative and organizational failures of the office severely undermine the quality of care provided. I would caution others to think twice before entrusting their healthcare to this establishment.

I used to work with Dr. Moore's wife so I know Dr. Moore is a great person but he has a policy that prevents me from seeing him. He requires a referral from a PCP which I don't have. I don't have insurance either so I don't see why this policy applies to me. Because a referral is needed I am giving Dr. Moore a 1 star.

Each time I have had an appointment, I have had to wait over 50 minutes to be seen. By far the most over-booked clinic in Warner Robins. The Doctor has had to take vitals for several of my appointments because the nurse is so overwhelmed. Front staff has been rude and not the most professional on some of my visits. Super disappointed to see a small business fall so short. Sign in the front states ‘if you (patients) are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will have to reschedule’, meanwhile…. We have to wait over an hour.

THAT BEING SAID….

Dr Moore is a complete professional. It’s clear that he loves what he does, and he knows what he’s doing. I wish they were able to fix the surface level issues so that it didn’t overshadow his work. It’s difficult for me to rate this more than a one star, but I definitely don’t want Dr Moore penalized because of his staff. (He should definitely rework his scheduling though…. Before insurance companies stop sending people there)

Dr. Moore was very thorough and knowledgeable with me and his staff was very polite. The nurse that clip my toenails was so pleasant and quick.

So far I haven't since doctor Moore. But from my experience with scheduling an appt was not good. The office staff very rude on the phone and not professional at all. First impression is everything and I may reconsider going here as a patient.

My experience with them was a great one, staff was very nice and friendly and the Dr was very helpful and informative on what and how he was going to do things, plus I was 8.5 months pregnant; being on my feet already hurt as it was, and he fixed my problem in one visit! Highly recommend!!!
