Love Dr B! Been going to him for over 15 years. He’s a great guy and truly cares for his patients! ALWAYS A WAIT FOR QUALITY! Can build a Toyota in two weeks! Rolls Royce takes 6 months! Bring a book and be ready to wait, when you go in expect the personal touch.

Not the nicest doctor's office but the nurse practitioner was friendly and made time to see me even though there was a mistake with my appt scheduling. They accept Medi-Cal Community group and use Quest for blood tests.
If you can't get through to make an appointment & have to leave a message, don't expect a call back. Just keep calling.

This place is a mess. They forget to put in referral requests. You have to ask them many times and eventually when they do it you realize it's for a different doctor. Medications are not called into the pharmacy and you have to call them many times until somebody finally does it after a month or so.

This office is the most disorganized office I have ever been too. These people are highly incompetent, they should not be caring for the sick. I've been here only two times now, and both times I waited over 3 hours with appointments scheduled in advance. Trust me, save your self the trouble of dealing with these people.

We waited 45 minutes until we were called in. What’s the point in having an appointment if you won’t be seen on time. Everyone in the waiting area kept asking how much longer the wait time was going to be. Ridiculous.

Terrible office. They are unorganized and they barley answer the phone. I called the office to ask about my referral for the GI doctor and the person I talked to gave me the number for my neurologist!!!
