Dr.Alwawi spends time listening to my concerns, provides the most conservative treatment before moving to more aggressive modalities. Sees patients pretty on time, and manages referrals, tests ( refer for mammos, lungscreen etc) very effectively. By far my favorite primary care physician ever!

I was patient here for about 12 years. In the beginning, it was always a great experience. As time went on, and practice got more and more busy, the care took a serious downturn. My last visit, I was given a prescription for 1 month of an SSRI medication for stress induced heart palpitations. I went through the first week getting onto this medicine, feeling terrible. It began working, resolved my issues, and I was doing very well. When I only had about 7 days left of the medication, I called and asked if they needed to see me back, or if they could do a refill without it. No response. I called back the following day, no response. I repeated this process for 5 days until I ran out and had to come off cold turkey, which was miserable. It made me terribly depressed, and I didn’t leave my house for a week.
While the staff was friendly for the most part, i wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone after this terribly negligent experience.

This has got to be one of the biggest jokes in Warner Robins. This doctor not only doesn’t listen when you explain your actual needs, his staff are a group of professional liars. Amber Carter and her staff of imbeciles have not only mixed up vials of BLOOD from my father, they mistreated and blindly RXd my mother with medication she did not need...(the bulk of the details I will omit)

I hadn’t taken the time to see a new doc because I have been established there for some years. Went at the beginning of the year to take care of a prescription I have been on for years, got that prescription for 3 months. Went about my business and called for a refill because I am no where near the office and needed to not come off of it. These idiots told me that I didn’t go to the doctor, I hadn’t filled the prescriptions ever and that I could come in to be reestablished. Yeah..... right.

Remember to always watch your back in a doctor’s office. Especially offices of this nature... they are out to harm, not heal.

I really like Dr. Alwawi and his nursing staff. His office staff is excellent as well. I have had bloodwork done a couple of times and all the ladies in the lab were exceptional.
I would recommend Dr. Alwawi to all my friends and family.

Very kind and always cheerful. I was sent to him by another Dr. to get pre exam before a surgery. He took me in that same morning and examined me so I could have the surgery on my eyes. Been using him ever since.
