I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! My Family Dentist was able to get me in right away to be seen for tooth pain. I recently moved to the area and had not established a new dental provider yet and they made it so easy to get set up with them as a new patient. Absolutely everyone in this office is amazing- from the dentist himself to the dental assistant to the administrative staff. The practice has a family feel where the staff seem to enjoy working together and their warmth and ease as a team naturally extend to the patient relationships. There were so many ways that they made my experience easy, from getting me in same day for an emergency visit to looking up my benefits because I didn’t have my dental insurance card with me. Dr. Marsh’s bedside manner is wonderful. I am pretty terrified of the dentist and he was attentive, calming, compassionate and willing to patiently answer my laundry list of questions. He also used playfulness and humor to lighten the load of what was a very anxiety provoking situation for me. Anyone would be lucky to have this level of support and quality care. I am grateful for the wonderful staff at My Family Dentist and highly recommended them!

Dr. Marsh and Selena were totally awesome. While on vacation from VA I had a tooth shatter and Dr. Marsh returned my call Sunday evening and agreed to see me further thing Monday morning. I needed a root canal and crown and everything was completed Monday morning. They both have a great sense of humor that helped to ease a stressful situation. I am grateful for such a talented dentist that was willing to see an out of state person for an emergency. Would highly recommend Dr. Marsh and am greatful for his assistance and getting me back to vacation mode.

I was in Sedona overnight on vacation and broke off a crown even with my gum. The local Best Western motels manager called the practice and told them about my situation.
I got a return call in a short period of time and had emergency appointment within the hour.
Dr Marsh and his staff were the best! I really appreciated their efforts!

Had an emergency dental issue while on vacation in Sedona. I was able to get an appointment the next day to have the problem fixed. Everyone at the office was welcoming, helpful, and professional. Better than my dentist in Seattle.

These guys are absolutely amazing! Friendly staff, they all knew how to work with my nerves. I got a wisdom tooth extraction after it had already cracked and was showing the gums.
Dr Chris smiled and put me at ease that I would be in no discomfort and he will fix me up. 😀 and he sure did! I'm 8 hours since the extraction and I feel amazing!! Just slightly soar. Highly recommend this office!

Dr.Marsh and his team came to my rescue in a big way. I broke multiple teeth after a hard spill mountain biking. They fit me into a busy schedule and made me feel so comfortable. The entire thing was painless. Incredible experience.

Wow~They saved my vacation! I got a new crown and was able to eat my steak for dinner! Thanks to warmly welcoming me in at the end of the their work day for an emergency visit! Their state of the art equipment and personable demeanor made this challenging process a breeze, the Dentist, Dental Assistant and the front dest staff were all AMAZING!! ? I have never found another dentist anywhere that brings more levity, heart and talent to one office! Each team member was courteous, professional and fun! It took the dread out of dentistry.
