This Pain Management office is absolutely wonderful, Dr. Olegario is very thorough and attentive, and really took the time to listen to all of my pain issues, and on my last visit I met with his nurse practitioner, Sandy, and she was equally just as nice as Dr. Olegario! The office staff here are very kind and courteous, I am handicapped, and they are extremely accommodating! I am so glad that I found this office, it is a little bit further for me in distance than some of the other Pain Management offices, but well worth the extra amount of travel time. I would highly recommend this Pain Management office to anyone that is seeking comprehensive, kind and compassionate health care! Much gratitude to Dr. Olegario and his exemplary staff!

Doctor is great. Staff needs manners and courtesy to their clients that walk in. No greetings. Attitude do not like that at all. I'm in customer service over 30 years and I always greet the customers and help. That place. If it wouldn't be for the doctor I would give no stars

It is crucial for doctors (Dr. Louis Teodorico Olegario) to accurately distinguish between a tumor and muscle issues. Prior to any treatment accurate evolutions should be preformed. I underwent three trigger point injection procedures here. Only to discover later (by going to Moffit) that I had a tumor all along. This mistake resulted in prolonged pain and ineffective/ unneeded painful treatments. This wasted valuable time during which I could have been receiving the appropriate treatment. Proper education is essential for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment solutions. Unfortunately, I was misdiagnosed with a muscle issue and had to endure unnecessary treatments while my tumor continued to grow. I highly suggest the doctors do proper elevations and not just go off the "patients assumptions" prior to any types of treatments preformed. As this could result in more complications and issues and in my case.

Poor service the moment you walk in. No greeting or help struggling with the door and a wheelchair. Patient is an amputee with leg infection. They short her pills. Dr. O left for his vacation without leaving script for pain. The patient is always crying and in pain. I'm looking for a new doctor for her. I'm a care giver.

I wrote a review a couple months ago that has been taken off this site. So now I am writing this again. I have been a patient here for over 7yrs. This place has changed physicians and staff like we change our underwear. They replace even their whole staff. I have been paralyzed for a day and had amnesia for the day also. The doctors push shots and procedures like candy and they hold your meds for ransom making u be seen monthly to get medication that u have to be on for the rest of my life. The doctor who paralyzed me for the day and part of the next day also damaged my tailbone permanently. The office is impossible to get ahold of and the staff is terrible. I've seen the nurse practitioner also who only talked about lunch instead of paying attention to me. They act like the patients are an inconvenience to them and u r not greeted or acknowledged when u arrive
This is the Worst Doctors office I have Ever been to and a Scary reality that the office doctors and staff r replaced so often.

Dr Olegario’s staff is SO incompetent! Lost my referral for an injection from Dr Cook! Terrible at call backs! Turnover is constant with the staff. Do NOT go here! Also I am an RN!!!

UPDATE: They now have a permanent Doctor.
I did not realize the others were temporary.
This doctor pinpointed my pinch nerve and treated it with success, FIRST TRY! Finally, out of severe pain that I had dealt with one whole year.
There has been 3 changes in a year SO THE OLDER REVIEWS DO NOT APPLY NOW!

ENTIRE NEW STAFF....

So far so good... first time ever I was told we are here to help you!
I was actually able to discuss medical problems,concerns and options of treatment.

I have visited this office with Dr. Batista-Volousa for almost a year. This week I received a call that on Friday, April 1, my appointment needed to be changed from 1 p.m. to 9:15 or 9:30a.m. I arrived and the lady in the office was rude and acted like I had 3 heads. She went and got the manager who did the same. They said the dr was booked and had no openings. Never mind that SOMEONE CALLED AND ASKED me to change it. I LIVE MORE THAN AN HOUR AWAY. I was so angry that I walked out........... when the other staff and dr was there, that NEVER,NEVER would have happened. Well, it must be APRIL FOOL'S DAY, but the joke will be on them. My insurance and money will go SOMEWHERE ELSE.
