First time walking into this place (on June 1, 2023) as my regular masseuse was booked and boy was there RED FLAGS 🚩🚩🚩from the start! Seems like this place of business is catered more to men as I walked in at 8pm and they state they close at 9:30pm online, etc. A lady masseuse tells me she can only provide 30 minutes of service due to the time being close to closing. I asked for a foot and neck massage = $50 .. she informed me she doesn’t accept cash but they have a ATM machine (that charges a fee) behind a curtain in a linen closet located in the hallway. At 8:08pm, I get a phone call and I’m still waiting on her to start .. about 5 minutes into my massage, a man walks in and she walks out to tend to him in the front. I can clearly hear the conversation as he asks if they can do a hour massage in which she agrees to take on, I’m faced down the whole time in room and somehow between two or three walk outs, I end my massage with another woman dressed in a short black bodycon dress! They had switched out in between the shoulder and foot massages/walk outs and she asked me if I had paid the other lady?! There was no foot cleansing of any sort which was odd to me , I could hear conversations happening over the soft music playing, plus then I was fully dressed and out by 8:30pm - I didn’t even get a full 30 minutes and I left a $20 tip! My bank account doesn’t have a massage business tied to the atm 🏧 withdrawal - it’s a name of Pat Boo?! (Short for Pat Booker?!) 🤷🏻‍♀️
Another thing to note, as I’m getting dressed the woman stood behind my back between the two massage beds and didn’t leave my room for privacy. It was very awkward!

I’m new to the area , my home is 6 hrs away , I gym train 24/7 ( ex physique competitor) I had a crook in my neck Saturday morning as the day went it got worst, so I went down to the spa the lady was nice she said she had time available I asked for the 1 hr deep tissue, excellent massage BUT at the end of service the lady met me out in the hallway stood in front of the entry/ exit door asking for the funds to be paid , I was trying to explain to her about my crook she cut me off saying she don’t understand, so I then paid her 100.00 she took my cash to go get change I didn’t want the change back so I tried to leave out , the door was locked .. so apparently they locked the door for what reason ? Did they think I was not going to pay or what …. I let her know the door was locked and keep the change as a tip ….. I would of went back if it was not for the pay out of the service how it ended

The wife and I were looking for a last second couples massage, we called a few places that had no availability. Boy were we lucky they didn't. We called NDC Spa and the lady said she could get us in right away. I was kind of nervous but the reviews on Google were really good besides two. I think the communication on the phone was the reason for the two bad reviews, the lady was short and to the point. I like that though. Anyway we got there and they put us in our room immediately let us get comfortable then came in a did their magic. It was an unusual massage for myself, unlike any other I have had before. Although unusual style it was literally the best massage I have ever had during and after. Obviously the after affects of the massage are the most important but the during the massage was most excellent also. We will definitely go back as my wife really enjoyed hers too. They didn't ask much for what I wanted worked, but they obviously knew what to work it was absolutely amazing!

Similar experience as other one star reviews. Massage wasn’t bad, very unique, although the masseuse was interrupted a few times during my massage due to having other customers. She also let me know at the end that I had to tip her at least 10 dollars for a 30 min massage, and when I originally tipped she was upset and threw attitude. She did at free hot stones but I’m guessing that it was not free due to mandatory tip.

Terrible service several times she stopped my massage to go deal with the people at the front door. I was required to pay for the massage up front, which is bizarre. I was told after my massage started that deep tissue was an extra $10, it was a waste as there was no difference. They had the nerve to demand a tip, after I received the worst possible massage. This place is a gimmick and you definitely shouldn’t waste your time and money, when it’s clear they don’t value their customers.

Story time:
My husband and I had a lot of back and shoulder pain and have been looking forward to getting a massage for weeks. I find this place with great reviews. I call in and ask for one couples massage for one hour. They get me in one hour later. We arrive & right before we’re about to undress, they say “We give you 30 minutes but if no customer walk in, one hour OK.” We were perplexed & didn’t know how to respond but we were already there so we agreed.
15 minutes in I realize they’re giving me a Swedish massage when on the massage form, we asked for deep tissue on 2 separate areas. I ask “this is deep tissue right?” They freeze then say, “OK but $10 so $70 for hour OK?” We agree. Read that online.
Then we hear the jingle at the front that indicates someone’s at the door. My husbands masseuse walks out & is gone for 5 minutes. I am not kidding you. I tell the masseuse, “Can she give my husband an extra 5 minutes?” She says “OK, Yes.”
3 MORE times of my own masseuse also leaving to tend to customers. I want to walk out but I just try to breathe and relax. They used hot stones for free but there was no technique used, just an up and down motion. Best part was when she kept saying “Oh, very hot!” When touching the stones. Which means they don’t check the temperature which is probably breaking some safety protocol. Throughout the massage, I had literally 45 seconds of deep tissue on my right shoulder because I asked her twice. & guess what? After 30 minutes, they said we were all finished. We knew we had 25 minutes each of a Swedish massage but they wanted to charge us $40 each plus tips.
To sum it up, I told them I didn’t feel comfortable paying that amount & explained everything & that I would pay $60 for the both of us instead. After 5 minutes of silence on their part, one employee finally said yes. She then asked for a tip. A TIP.
I said “No I can’t, honestly I’m pretty upset right now about this.” One of the ladies starts ranting in her language. I ignore her, pay and walk out.
Literally am in tears. I’m in more pain than I initially came for.
Worst experience hands down for a massage.
