If you are considering Dr. Salvador at this clinic DO NOT waste your time or insurance dollars here!! Extremely unprofessional, judgmental and impatient. Dr. Salvador does not listen to the patients needs to consider a solution. She goes by her own “personal” assumptions and says what ever will help the visit end almost immediately after it starts. She will rudely hang up on you while you’re trying to get an understanding to quickly end the visit also which I’m positive she collects insurance payments for.
This seems like fraud, she did not address the patients concern at all but still files an insurance claim as if she did. I’ve never seen such a rude, careless, and insensitive physician. Please beware this doctor is not the best choice!

When walked in for dental services, everything was fine. The staff was polite and I got called back right away. They could't help me at the time because they needed some paperwork from my doctor. It's a long story. Anyway, I tried to make a follow up appointment online, i called, and I finally just drove back out there. No one was there! There was no sign or anything on the website. Turns out, the location was closed due to covid 19. I'm furious! I tried calling other locations and they won't answer the phone.

Dr. Butler, her assistants, Dante and Lisa, and the staff were all courteous and friendly, while acting professionally. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Had a tooth pulled today and am going back next week for a comprehensive exam. So pleased I've finally found a great dental office! Would happily recommend to anyone who asked.

Don't know why it won't let me leave a second review since I've been there more than once, but I'll just add it here: I went for a cleaning yesterday. I hate having my teeth cleaned and am embarrassed to admit that it's been decades - yes, plural - since I've done so, but Shalonda was just wonderful! It barely hurt and she was funny and made me very comfortable with everything she did. As I stated before, I will be using this office for all my dental work from now on!!

Worst dentist office I have ever scheduled at, my son was supposed to have his first dentist appointment they canceled the day before and then they put me at the end of the list. I had to reschedule out 5 months and then of course they reschedule the day before again.

For some strange reason the receptionist will NOT answer the phone. I've been calling since October and still can't get anyone to answer or call back regarding the voice mails I left them requesting an appointment. And if you manage to get an appointment by going to the office and it doesn't magically disappear into cyber space by your appt date, you'll wait 1/2 a day to be called back and sit the rest of the day waiting for your service. I'm disgusted with trying with them!

Phone # is not in service... I took my teen there for a serious issue never was referred to any doctor AFTER I WAS TOLD WE WOULD BE, having to make an appointment somewhere else to get him the help he needs YOU CAN NOT REACH THEM TO FOLLOW UP... they did refer us to a hearing specialist by mistake so there is that... Don't even waste your time they just want to charge your insurance and not actually take care of the children coming thru there ... not to mention the office was so gross there was bloody cotton swabs and ball of hair and dust on the floor of the exam rooms (beds were all ripped and gross too)

Tried to make a dentist for my daughter who had swallow to the jaw but no pain the lady told me to do a walk-in . Ok 9am i sat hours my daughter continued to wait still wasn’t seen and it’s 11:08.. very slow ... never again I will I do a walk in

They are very friendly. Did a walk in for a tooth extraction and had an appointment the following week. I had no problem with this dentist.
