Good Morning, this review is about Natasha Giles, my first time ever talking or seeing a psychiatrist. It's only been 3 weeks but when I say she has really helped me. Year's of trauma,pain locked inside is unraveling. Thank you Natasha Giles. Also the therapist is awesome.(Lakeesha Harper). Thank you Neuro behavioral Health.

Ms Adewumni is good. But the office is completely unresponsive and horrible. When you reach them by mistake, it’s as talking to someone with severe dementia. Talking to your dog is certainly more productive. That seems to be a general problem in this profession and funny (ridiculous), as long you don’t need them. Health insurance refused paying for genetic test, even Adewumni confirmed, that insurance would need to pay. Was not possible to contact her to support the appeal for the almost 6000 USD bill. Be very careful with these guys. It’s not worth to work with them, if you can find a better organized place.

I am so very Thankful to have found Dr. Olu. She has really helped me after many years of suffering by finally recognizing that I have ADHD. She genuinely listens and cares. I feel totally comfortable speaking to her which is unusual for me. I would 100 percent recommend.

I've been seeing Dr. Medhi for about 1.5 years. My first visit was with the nurse practitioner. I was very nervous and uncomfortable. My wait time was under 10 minutes. The NP already had a lot of the info that I had sent. She did not engage in any "chit-chat," and zeroed in on why I was there, and how she could help until I could see Dr. Medhi. She tweaked a few of my medications, took some additional notes, and sent me on my way. I loved that!

The staff at the reception desk have never been rude. Blunt and forthright, yes, but never rude.

Dr. Medhi is fantastic. He actually listens. He would stop entering data on his laptop, and look at me when I spoke. He took into account my feedback, and he used that feedback to determine the best treatment for me.

I also appreciated the fact that he did not rush me through the appointment. He took his time, answered my questions and expressed sincere interest in wanting to help.

I would recommend him to family, friends and anyone else who needs a psychiatrist.

I love Dr Olu
But the rest of the staff are a huge let down!
They show no true concern, smile in your face type of people. I was accused twice of owing them money and twice I proved them wrong. Each time without hesitation they simply dropping me, erased me as if I never assisted. I'm truly grateful for Dr Olu who continues to stand with me help. Because she cares from her heart. It's definitely because of her I'm here and able to post this.

I hate that I gave this place a second and a third chance and they still fell through. The front staff is rude and on top of that alway get schedule wrong. There would be times they scheduled a appoint Id show up and it wouldn't be in the system.
And they overbook here every time I see a doctor it was a hour wait and she never saw me for more than 15 minutes literally.

Then I found out the social worker I was seeing was telling other staff such as front desk about my treatment which is a invasion of privacy and a Hipaa violation. Lastly she decided she didn't want work me anymore instead of a email, text, call, or last session she just ceased contact out of the blue. Which is really unprofessional and dangerous to just stop treating patients without a referral to someone else.

Called about 5 times and left messages without a return call before I was able to get anything scheduled. Got here for first appt 30 mins early with paperwork already filled out. Yay me! Wasn't even seeing a doctor, just a nurse practitioner. I was the first patient in the office at 10 am. At 11:30, after 3 other patients had gone back, the receptionist responded to my inquiry that the nurse was just running behind for some reason. No apology. Wow. I'm thinking I'll be finding another doctor.

I will say that the nurse practitioner I was waiting so long to see is gone. The other staff has been much more professional and helpful. This is the reason I changed 1 star to 4 stars. After the first terrible visit with the NP, there were no more problems. Since then I have truly enjoyed the visits with the doctor & therapist here. They are caring, thoughtful, and really listen.

I have tried and tried and tried to work with NeuroBehavioral Health. Their staff does not work for their patients, in fact their staff will do everything in their power to stop you from getting to the doctors.

I advised them the day before Thanksgiving that I would be out of medication as of this Friday December 31st. Since then, I have sent emails, left voicemails and even sent them a letter! As of Friday, December 31st, I am out of medication.

I have finally resorted to copying every communication to Medicare. Hopefully they will help us.
