mi opinion de esta clinica siempre ha sido muy buena las personas que te reciben en el frente son muy amables y los doctores tambien porque se preocupan que estes sano te checam todos tus signos vitales ahi mismo y no te hacen esperar mucho tiempo me gusta ir ahi porque nunca esta saturado el local con tantas personas cuando mucho dos o tres gentes esperando los atiendan son miy profesionales y hay asistentes que hablan tu idioma espanol.

Excellent customer service. Reception area professionals attentive and helpful. Medical Assistant great personality and knowledgeable! Dr Pham on time, friendly and thorough! I got what I needed. Blood draw team excellent! Even got a flu shot after the appointment because I forgot to ask during the appointment! I am a 30 year retired Neurology Practice Admin. I know a great Medical practice when I see one!!

If I could give this location a -5 star review, I would.

While I do love my provider at the location, that is the only thing that it has going for itself. They do not return calls, they do not reach out when your labs results are alarming or problematic, they do not call in your prescriptions and they seriously do not care. If you have a chronic condition or need a provider who will be attentive to your care, then please STAY AWAY.

Out of of my provider offices, this is by far the worst one. Luckily for me, I do work in the insurance industry (carrier side) and will be reporting this office not only to my insurance company but to others as well.

I had a recent visit with Dr Kanyan Xiao. During my initial appointment, I did ask how she felt about treating a person like me. It was awkward I won't lie. Her answer was pieced together, I could tell she was searching for wording from the hippocratic oath. It wasn't genuine AT ALL, She didnt like that I asked, she also said something about communication and education status and etc( that has NOTHING TO DO WITH TREATING HUMAN BEINGS). I also picked up that she really didn't want to touch me. (And there's nothing dirty about me). I still gave her the benefit of the doubt. After the visit an assistant came in to do and ekg and she'd mentioned a spirometry test. Then she said wait it's only an ekg we need to do. Well honestly if I'd known about this function test i would have definitely made request for it, being since I experienced covid my cough sounds different. She asst sent me to get my bloodwork and stated that she'd ask the Dr if I could get that VERY quick test. The Dr came out of a patient room and she tried to avoid me, she said your healthy and your insurance probably won't cover it. I immediately responded if need be , I can pay for it, she said ohh you can pay for it. Mind you, she said this not having blood work or anything. Yes I personally believe I AM healthy, it was how she brushed me off. So the young lady who I guess typically performs this super quick test ignored me when I asked how long I would be waiting because the Dr after deciding regrettably I could get the test, told me to sit and wait. She basically looked through me to grab a patient. She then told another young lady that she would have to do it. That's fine and all, but it was all just rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately I don't plan to share my health with this particular Dr. I did make an appointment for my adult daughter at another location with a np and my daughter said everyone was really kind. So Ido think there's Dr's at this practice that truly honor the oath, but experience with this Dr did not make me feel comfortable sharing my health journey with her. Look if you don't already ASK your physicians how they feel about treating someone like you, then you SHOULD!! It's your health, and it's your life that you're you're allowing them to make decisions about. And unfortunately many Dr's don't care, they just treat from surface to get paid and honor the insurance companies, and big pharma, and will NOT fight for you.

North Atlanta Primary Care in Lawrenceville is a great clinic if you are looking for a primary care physician in Gwinnett County. I highly recommend Dr. Phan (NP). She is very knowledgeable, personable, and wasn't hurried or disinterested.

These folks seem to be fairly holistic in their approach - they are proactively encouraging me to get a full physical and not just stop in when I'm sick.

When you are sick - they are a part of a vast network of doctors and if your usual doctor can't see you same day, they will find a doctor in their network who can. They have locations all over the Metro Atlanta area.
