I am a 56 year old, active woman. I hurt my knee as a young adult. I’ve had 7 surgeries on it, including 2 reconstructive, a knee replacement, and now most recently a recall replacement. North Crossing Rehab Clinic has proved to be one of the best PT facilities that has ever worked with me.
Most important criteria to me in a PT is:
1) PT works with me one on one
2) PT works with the whole package
Thank you Mika for the excellent care, and when you had to be away, Brandon and Stacey took great care of me.
Receptionist and billing departments were also accommodating and easy to work with. A++++++

I have no idea if the therapy itself was good but I have to say the ladies that work the front desk were rude. Completely ignored my dad, spoke only to each other, she acted like getting him checked it was an inconvenience to her day. They were also late getting his therapy started.
