Only have one good thing to say and they will get you in when the appointment time is. As for as care, not good. Rush to get you in and out. Will not listen to what you are saying. If you think you will actually see a Dr think again. Been going about little over a year and have not seen Dr yet. I always heard this was the best around but novway

0/10 Would NOT recommend. My husband was a patient for fewer than 6mos. From the very first appointment, the Physician's Assistant disregarded my husband's thoughts and feelings regarding his medical history and future treatment. During his most recent and LAST appointment, rather than calmly, intelligently and receptively discussing treatment options, the doctor enters the exam room with a passive aggressive and nauseatingly cheerful tone in his voice and said to my husband , among other things "We never have to deal with eachother again" and to "Go back where he came from".

I don't know what this dude's problem is. Perhaps he was having a bad day. Regardless, that neither justifies NOR excuses his behavior and verbiage.

My husband had prescriptions that needed to be refilled and we were forced to find a new doctor.

If you're a patient who appreciates a constructive and supportive atmosphere where your wishes and input are seriously considered by your treating physician... We advise against this doctor. If you have too many questions regarding their treatment plan for you then we strongly suggest against this particular doctor. As evidenced by other reviews left, this person doesn't like being questioned and will promptly dismiss you from treatment at the slightest inconvenience...

Dr tepedino is a physician who does care about his patients, he does listen, and acts in the patients best interests. He's gone to great lengths to see that I follow a healthy lifestyle. If you want to be his patient do what he asks of you! Take your meds, follow up screenings/exams and give a accurate patient history. It's been 8 years and I will continue being his patient.

Great doctor visit all the way around! From the time I called to make appointment, the front desk always welcoming, then protocol for sick visits are handled perfectly. I’ve seen Hillary several times & she is so caring & professional. I met Dr Trependino yesterday for the first time & was very impressed. As well as Dr Santiago .
They were very informative, listened, cared, explained- proactive- & personality! Complete doctor package!
I felt taken care of & checkout was easy! Office always extremely clean.
Prescription ready when I got to pharmacy.
I am so glad to find such a great family practice!

This is the BEST family medicine doctor I’ve ever seen. He has a wonderful personality and bedside manner and knows his stuff. The office staff is phenomenal. They get me in fast and make sure I get everything I need and follow up with me. I trust Dr T, Hillary, the staff with my LIFE. I recommend them to everyone.

Amazing experience! They surpassed my last 2 doctors just by calling my work instead of just my cell which I rarely answer!
