The doctor is great the office manager, Tonya, is a nightmare. Rude and has told me twice how she's been doing the job for 27 years - I don't care about that. First, because she wouldn't give me a new patient appointment at all. I finally got someone else, got the appointment and saw the doctor. He was very good.
Then I developed a large kidney stone and called to ask who the doctor thought I should see as the ER doctor told me to get myself to a urologist asap. Again, Tonya thought she should tell me how she'd been doing her job 27 years and laughed at me for telling her that the ER doctor said it was urgent. She's is a discredit to the office.

I recently had to change primary care offices for my daughter and I am thrilled to have found Krista and her staff! She was warm, showed empathy and I felt like she understood the situation right away. Low wait time, nice and caring staff... we are excited to see this office in the future.

Awful experience. Dr. Ukaegbu is a wonderful Doctor, however in the past year we have been able to get nearly NO care. I am epileptic, I have not been able to see my Dr. In 6 months altogether and am out of seizure medication. Last year, they suddenly stopped taking my insurance (Blue cross and blue shield), after this it took me 3 months to get an appointment, after multiple calls to the office itself and with my insurance company, I was finally able to get the ladies in reception to allow me to make an appointment and only after I agreed to pay in cash. When I showed up for said appointment I was told I had no appointment. I made another appointment and was called by the office the day prior to my appointment and advised it was being canceled and could not be rescheduled until 2 months in the future. At this point, I am now having to leave my job of 12 years due to the extent of my seizure activities. Please be careful here.

My husband and I both see Krista and only gave great things to say about her! Professional, welcoming and will listen to any concerns without passing judgement. She is an amazing asset to this office.

I really like Dr. Ukeagbu! He is willing to listen and his staff are friendly. First doctor I’ve ever had that explains why he needs to change treatment or medications. Believe me, having been brought up in a military family and a Veteran myself, the service I have received here is a breath of fresh air.

Recently has my insurance changed by my job and my primary no longer took it. I called NFPC and they got me in quickly and everyone there was extremely friendly.

Insurance trap. Avoid. This doctor office is so awful that they "CLOSED" their business 'North Florida Primary Care WEST' in Google Maps so they would be able to get rid of a pile of horrible reviews.

Tried to get some information as a new patient and if the staff is like the receptionist that hang up the phone with attitude, very rude and unprofessional, I don't want my family to go there. I'll keep looking for another one...
