Not sure which receptionist other reviews are saying is "friendly" because the receptionist I always see is unpleasant and sour.
My very first visit the dentist claimed I needed two procedures for benign "issues" I've had my entire life, that no other dentist have ever said were a problem. I think her claims were just for the money.
The dental hygienists have no concern or care for their patient's comfort or pain tolerance. One reprimanded and scolded me the entire cleaning because her technique was extremely painful and my reaction to the pain irritated her. Instead of using a different tool and technique she doubled down and caused even more pain, and stress too.
At another visit, another hygienist insisted that the one and only way she could possibly clean my teeth was by using the one tool I said I can't tolerate due to sensitivity issues. I wasn't expecting conflict and bullying at the dentist but I got it that day.
They don't listen to patient's concerns whatsoever, they do whatever is quickest and easiest for themselves no matter how painful or stressful for the patient. And they insist on unnece$$ary procedure$ too.
I've been there for three visits and that is more than enough. I've never had such painful and stressful cleanings like that ever at any other dentist.
I'll never go back and would never recommend this place, there are many many other and better options.

Staff is very friendly, doctor cares about your comfort and pain level and will check on you to see if your feeling any pain. Every visit I've had from cleaning to root canal are as positive experience as a dental visit can be.

I only like this Male dentist that only works there Friday evenings and he's very polite, good bedside manner, made me feel very comfortable, explained everything that was going to happen and that he would make sure that everything was done right and would look great and he was right! Every other dentist that I went to made me feel horrible, didn't accommodate me due to my hearing impairment they got annoyed when I asked them to repeat themselves and they would make the rudest comments that I can't even bring myself to repeat! But if you want a good dentist go to this guy that works there Friday's and you'll be happy!

Yes the receptionist is very friendly, but the dentists need to work on their bedside manner. I have had only one or two cavities in my life(due to braces) and after one appointment with them I had 3, which is hard to believe. Then when I went to switch my medical records, they do not digitalize at all, get with the times. My father was diagnosed with cavities as well, and when he got them fixed they did a botched job, which caused him quite a bit of pain- only later to find out that he would need it fixed at another dentist. Do not go here.

They told my granddaughter she needed a filling. I took the xray they gave me to another dentist. Guess what.... NO cavity. This place is horrible. Doing this to people, to make yourself rich! The male AND female Dr. are both like that. Read reviews!!!! I put my story on a Facebook page, & within 4 hours, I had over 20 people giving their horror stories about this place. They have been reported to the state several times. Hopefully this time is the one that gets them shut down permanently. Horrible to treat people like this.

Awful don’t go I switched dentist and they held a prior authorization from my new dentist. Once they get all your money they wait until your insurance starts again then sees you again
