I don't know who Dr Little is really, but I'll never go to one of his practices. At the place right next to this one, which is also under Dr. Little, I never actually got to even see anyone for my women's health appt. The front desk ladies told me to make sure they were in my network before my appt, so I did. When I got there, they informed me their network had changed and said we'll just try it and see what happens as far as what I'll end up getting charged. (Um, no.) I also brought a digital form of my ID card and they looked at me like I was stupid and were obviously really aggravated. Then they were also rude ab the fact that I didn't know whether my insurance was ppo, hpo, or whatever else even tho it says ppo online. And when I asked them ab that, they just stared at me for a few sec, then said that's why we need the actual insurance card, even tho I had it pulled up on my phone and they knew that. The other two doctors I've seen didn't have a problem with that and were easily able to get a copy. Or I could have just drove home and gotten it immediately after my appt. How am I not able to just email it or something tho..? They said they might could use my policy #, but there's like 4 numbers on my card. When I asked which one was the policy number they wouldn't even look at my phone and just scoffed at me. (Btw, I'm coming from the VA and finally have health ins for the first time so no, I dont know a ton ab it right off, other than that it's a great private plan with great benefits). They kept saying we'll just try it and send it in and see with a really snotty, frustrated attitude, and said I would just need to get in touch with my insurance once its had time to update after my appt. I just said no thank you, I'll just find someone else. I feel like I really dodged a bullet just by not having my physical insurance card, despite the fact that I really needed this appt. I had a similar experience once before at a place in Athens thru the VA with horrible reviews. Never again. These women were inconsiderate and rude, and not helpful at all. They made me feel like crap and it was such a waste of my time. Now I see why friends and family advised me not to come here.

I walked out of this doctor.'s office, as a lump formed in my throat and a sad uneasy feeling came over me. It took me until I had reached my truck to understand what I was feeling and why... There was certainly warmth and care missing from this office and this doctor, except for the sweet lady at the front who checked me in and I appreciate her patience. I am supposed to have a surgery done with them in the future. But after today, I’ll be finding another office and OB doctor. I want to be heard, believed, and then have appropriate action taken to help me with the illness I am presenting today. I would not suggest this medical office.

I used this office for my pregnancy with my son. All was well with the first trimester, doctors were super friendly and very helpful. I had a threatened miscarriage which they kept an eye on closely till they knew everything was ok. Once I hit the half way mark, it was like they stopped caring. I started getting headaches and symptoms of preeclampsia and gestational diabetes (headaches, light headed and dizzy, a significant amount of swelling, my legs were turning purple, the list goes on) They refused to retest me for gestational diabetes at 32 weeks, and kept refusing to do anything about my high bp. When I went into labor, the l&d nurses told me I had preeclampsia and gastrointestinal diabetes. My bp was 200/100 after my son was born and when they should have did a csection, they didnt. I will NEVER use this dr office nor the hospital (stephens co) again. They couldn't put a simple c-pap on my son and they let him go at <50% oxygen for almost 30 minutes. We finally got transferred out.
