I felt compelled to leave a review after my visit today. Everyone from the receptionist, the LPN who checked me in and took my vitals, to the radiology tech who did my chest x-ray treated me with such kindness, respect and empathy. I saw provider Neil Bruce Chambers, FNP and she was phenomenal! Everyone that I encountered was empathetic/sympathetic and simply KIND. In a world where compassion and professionalism seems to be lost; today they restored my faith in humanity. Thank you everyone for the excellent care and teamwork. Kudos to you all.

I went in after having a cough for 3 weeks. I was seen by the NP, Misty and nurses Shana and Kerry. They were all wonderful! I already am feeling better the next day. They were very professional and helpful with my concerns. I would definitely go back there again.

I think the healthcare system in NE GA is highly organized to benefit the provider, patient and payor. The fact that it’s also made up of kind, compassionate staff is a bonus. Everyone is friendly and caring.

This is my second visit to this urgent care and the treatment by PA Willis and her staff was professional and thorough. I was in and out in about an hour, and my script was waiting for me on my way home. The whole process didn’t take 2 hours and that included travel time.

Never experienced this level of organization in FL. Glad we live in NE GA!

My daughter and I went in today for flu like symptoms. Although a tad bit slow, I understand and would rather wait and let them be thorough with their jobs. We had a great experience and everyone there was super friendly and helpful. They treated my kiddo with such tender loving care and kindness. Thankful for all the nurses and doctors at Toccoa Urgent Care

On vacation at the lake and my 2 year old woke up sick. Took my son here who has strep and they were all very sweet! We were in and out in a little over an hour with 4 people ahead of us.

We have been here several times with my son. You could not ask for any better service. Out wait time had never been long and they have always been so professional and so nice, so bless to have this in our town

I went to the urgent care yesterday because I was feeling under the weather, I thought I had the flu and I thought it would be cheaper for me to go to urgent care than it would be to see my PCP since I don’t currently have insurance.

The visit was $100 plus the remaining bill after the visit. I was tested for strep, covid, and flu and the nurse who did the tests was not very friendly, maybe it was just a bad day, but I also deserve to be treated with respect and kindness, (which is why I decided to post this review)
She did my throat swab and scolded me for moving my head. And then scolded me for moving my head again after the first nose swab. I ended up crying after she was finished. The other nurse noticed because she asked if I needed a tissue.

Also, one of my complaints was that my ears were a little achey and my ears were never checked.

Dr Neile was so sweet though, I leave her a 5 star review and I appreciated her taking the time to talk with me.

My husband went to Workwell Urgent Care and said that they were much friendlier and only swab one nostril and were much more gentle with their swabs. That’s my current recommendation for anyone reading this/looking for an urgent care to visit.

I brought my son in to confirm he had strep throat. We were in and out of there in less than an hour. The staff were all really sweet and seemed genuinely concerned for my little boy. I’ll definitely be coming here again if the need arises!
