It was my first time trying Dr. Simpson, since my last time visiting a dentist was 6 years ago.
I was a little worry about how much pain I was going to have getting one of my wisdom tooth removed, but when I got there they spent maybe 10 - 15 min numbing my gum and the tooth extraction was less than 1 min. I was so impressed that it was so fast and no pain (just the minimal pressure feeling on the tooth they removed) even when my wisdom tooth was in a very difficult position/spot on the very back top of my mouth. My recovery has been pain free also. I do recommend Dr. Simpson.

Esta era mi primera vez usando al Dr. Simpson ya asi que no estaba muy seguro de que esperar.
Estaba un poco preocupado acerca del dolor que la extraccion de una de mis muelas cordales iba a tener, ya que la muela estaba en la parte superior trasera de mi boca en una posicion y espacio muy complicado y dificil de llegar. Tomaron quizas 10-15min para adormecer mi encilla y la extraccion de la muela duro menos de 1 minuto, sin dolor y solo sintiendo una minima presion en la muela cordal que removieron. Mi recuperacion ha sido rapida y sin dolor tambien. Si recomiendo al Dr. Simpson.
Y tiene personal bilingue: Ingles/Espanol.

I tried to make an appointment with this dentist for at least 2 weeks now... I originally booked through their website where it had me email them a request, not book as it stats you can, though. When my email went unanswered, I called. No one answered- twice over the next week. I left a voicemail to please call me urgently. Today I called for my last attempt, as I have a broken tooth that is just getting worse, where I was immediately placed on hold for several mintutes. During this time I made an appointment with a new dentist, somewhere else.. while on hold. I let her know politely once she tlreturned to the phone that I would be going else where. I decided this establishment was not trustworthy enough to make an appointment, they are not trustworthy enough to handle teeth. Be it as it may, they may be a great dentist, I personally do not trustworthy their integrity as a community, though. Shop around, tons of other places that will call you back.

Great place and amazing staff! Dr Simpson is personable and the assistants are so nice! My kid hates the dentist but she doesn't mind going here!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 years, and I took my 4 year old son and I.
The staff was very friendly and helped to get my son comfortable and acclimated for his very first dentist appointment.

I booked the appointment as just a new patient appointment not expecting to find out anything right then, but I ended up leaving with 6 fillings and a crown in the same day. I also left with a full treatment/care plan with price estimates, a referral for both my son and I, and another appointment to get some follow up work done. He explained every step that he was doing and made sure I was comfortable with every part. He never made me feel bad about not having been to the dentist in 10 years and even sympathized with me on my genetic predisposition to cavities. Not having been to the dentist in so long, I was so scared and apprehensive but I will definitely be going back for any dental needs. I highly recommend this team.

I am about 5 days out from having several extractions done by Dr. Simpson and I cannot say enough good things about my experience at his office!! The office was clean and orderly, every staff member I came into contact with was compassionate and efficient with our time. And the doctor himself was the perfect balance of being down to earth and easy to talk to but also very professional. I never had a moment of wariness that I wasnt in good hands getting my dental needs met while also keeping my financial needs in mind. He is very straightforward about every part of his practice. You will not find a better dentist in the Fort Smith area. I rarely post reviews but this experience warranted one because people need to know there are good dentists out there and he is at the top of my list for sure!

Dr Simpson and his staff are very professional, caring and very conscientious of our dental health needs. They explain everything very thoroughly which gives us peace of mind. Never recommend unnecessary procedures, especially when we take my 100 year old mother. Thank you Dr Simpson and staff!

Dr. Simpson is a great dentist, and he and his entire staff provide professional, high quality, competitively priced service. This facility is the only dental clinic that I have seen that can produce a well fitting crown within an hour or less. He uses the latest technology. I highly recommend Dr. Simpson who is so polite and was obviously well trained in manners by his parents. All of my future general dentistry needs will definitely be at Northside Dental with Dr. Simpson.

After being turned away from parklane to get a bad tooth pulled I walked right in to this clinic and he did everything I needed done right then and there. Super cool dude and staff was so nice. Definitely recommend.

I was in so much pain. Could not find a dentist in the area that had time to help me. They got me in same day gave me options on what they could do help me. Had me in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. Pulled me tooth no pain and it healed very well. Thank you so much. Highly recommend Dr. Simpson

Not a fan at all, so glad I went to a new dentist. When I used to go here, one time, the main dentist (the owner) literally said that I had plaque worse than a 4 year old. That's highly unprofessional to say to a person, especially a teenager. The second time I went there, he and another dentist that was in the room cleaning my teeth talked bad about a patient in front of me..the owner is literally the problem.
