I have never had a bad experience here and I’ve been coming here for years. The first day i walked into this office, i was petrified. This is coming from someone who hadn’t been to a dentist ever. Only once when i was a kid to have a tooth pulled. The day i came here for the first time i was in my late 40’s early 50’s. The care i have received here is immeasurable! Dr. Yousuf saved my teeth. I love Liza! She’s the best hygienist I’ve ever had! ?

My regular dentist couldn't get me in for an emergency for at least a Month. I called Norwich Family & Cosmetic Dentistry and they were able to get me in the following day for a consultation. I have anxiety in going to the Dentist. Every one from the person on the phone I scheduled with to the assistant and the dentist were amazing! They are very kind and patient and informative. I will be keeping them as my regular dentist moving forward. Highly recommend!

One of the worst dental experiences I have ever had. First, I was not told until the day before that I would need to pay upfront and have my insurance reimburse me, despite scheduling a month in advance. Then, I was told I needed two fillings, despite having no pain or sensitivity. The fillings were left so high that my jaw could not close enough to chew food, so I had to return. It is still the roughest and sharpest filling I have ever had and I am constantly aware of its presence. Now, only a couple of weeks later, I am left with pain and sensitivity from the filling I am not convinced I needed in the first place. I will have to now find yet another dentist to fix this issue. Which will cost me both more time and money.

Love love this Group . Did a lot of research before I chose them because I’m a cancer survivor and continue to take cancer meds. They are concerned with my health, my meds and my worries. They work with me on my schedule and insurance and everything. The best thing is Everyone in the office is Calm, Comforting and Nice.

Always a great experience at Norwich Family and Cosmetic Dentistry! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I feel comfortable that I am being given the best care and most honest dental evaluations. I have been going there for years and the standard of excellence from the staff is always a constant. Highly recommend!

Great office. Staff is very pleasant. Liza, the dental hygienist, is very thorough and does a great job. She is Very knowledgeable and professional. Dr Yousef is fantastic and treats his staff with kindness and respect.

Had a great experience with Dr. Yousuf and the rest of the staff. I only had x-rays done and will be getting a cleaning in November (they’re pretty booked up). I love it here so far and I’m looking forward to keeping them as my dentist 🙂

I’ve noticed some of the reviews mentioned them “lying” about being in network with insurances, but I think that comes down to confusion. I was confused too. To anyone reading this review, they are not in network with any insurance companies, but still run everything through your insurance. For me personally, my stuff so far as been covered (thankfully). Just be aware of this.
