Had an appointment for my DOT card at the same clinic I went to last year. How is it I have the same health issues as I did last year, weight is 10lbs. lighter, my neck last year was a 15 1/2 size, but now it's a 17. No! The person who checked my neck did not tell me to lift my hair from around my neck area which are braids. Before I knew it she wrapped the little strip around my neck. I asked the doctor could she redo my neck test and she wanna tell me how she had been cursed out all week and if she did do my neck test over it wouldn't matter because I have 3 or more health issues to have the sleep test done. I have to take a sleep test within 3 months. This doesn't make sense to my if I had the same issues last year!

Their system was down. The young lady handwritten my dot analysis report just because she didn’t want me to wait ❤️ what she didn’t know is I was extremely exhausted angry and hungry. She took good care of me… it’s a 10/10 for me.

Camisha and Jessica took great care of me. As I monitored the sitting room, they were very active helping others in signing on to there medical profiles when problems occurred. No attitude was giving at anytime which is big these days with customer service. Awesome atmosphere to take your drug test, dot physical, and other medical concerns. I was impressed with this facility.

I would have given this place a 5 star. The only reason I did not was because on that particular day the computer system was having issues. Other than that this clinic is top notch. I highly recommend them.

I had to bring my puppy with me because I was catching a flight right after. They were nice and reassured me that I wasn't forgotten about since we came during the lunch rush. I highly recommend them.
