I am a Phoebe employee and I am so disappointed with the care I have received from Phoebe physicians. This doctor spent approximately 4 minutes with me and referred me to another doctor 3 hours from me. When I asked the nurse about getting a referral to someone closer to me (Tallahassee), she said they don't accept Phoebe referrals.
I waited over an hour to get the paper referral. I could not use my hand and had to be out of work for about 3.5 weeks. Sedgwick, which handles the FMLA paperwork, faxed this office the forms that needed to be filled out. No one did it! I am already back at work, and this office still has not returned the paperwork. I've refaxed it and called them multiple times. I was denied FMLA
because they never returned the paperwork. They don't answer their phone or return voice-mail messages. I'm so frustrated and disappointed.
This office is so unprofessional.

Doesn't care about his clients. My cousin kept expressing concerns about his broken bone and Dr. Nurbhai ignored it. Now the doctor realized that there really was a deeper issue but its too late to fix due to so much time passing and the bone being partially healed. Now my cousin will permanently be handicapped and Dr. Nurbhai still didn't care at all. He literally walked out of the room while my cousin was still asking questions on multiple appointments. Part of being a doctor is helping and caring for your clients. All he's done was take my cousin's money, do absolutely nothing, and make the whole situation worse. I can imagine who else he has done this to that can't speak up for themselves.
