Physical therapist Dr. Nicole Cox was very highly recommended by a neighbor.
Her help and exercise guidance has been PRICELESS !
Thanks to her brilliant exercise plan I am now able to sleep on my right side completely pain free. A MIRACLE for me.

I have worked with PT’s, chiropractors, orthopedics and they all said they could help and did not until I met Dr. Cox. You want the best most patient knowledgeable encouraging help. Ask for Dr. Cox. She knows more than some of the best drs I’ve been to in both Florida and NY. I.could barely stand when I started with her and in the six months I’ve been working with her I am standing freely, walking better and expect not to need any assistance soon. Every time I go I feel stronger and more confident and my pain is virtually gone and manageable without medication. All the drs have said only surgery MIGHT help. We are proving them wrong.

I have nothing but good things to say about NYU Langone. I see Dr. Snyder for Cardiology, he prescribed a medication that was iffy if my insurance would cover. Via Mychart I have been able to be updated and communicate with their team that is fighting on my behalf for Insurance to cover it. Regardless of the outcome with the medication, the communication is FAR superior to most providers and I am grateful to them.

The office staff never called in the referral to my insurance company. All my medical bills were declined. Staff refuses to fix the situation. Just said I signed that paper stating I would pay whatever wasn't covered by my insurance. Now I have a $1500+ bill because someone on that end didn't do their job. Very unprofessional. Doctors are great so if you are rich and don't need insurance I highly recommend.

What a nightmare. A month ago I called in as a new patient to schedule an appointment and provided them with all my insurance info. I get to the doctors office today to check in and they tell me That they don’t accept this insurance. But I just spoke to them three days ago to confirm my insurance and anppointnent. So after Leaving the office I call the office again and ask them to tell me why my insurance is not accepted and the people on the phone tell me that it is accepted and then I should go back in. So i go back in and At that point the person at the front desk told me that the people on the phone are just a call center and don’t know what they’re talking about. This office wasted over a month of my time when I could’ve scheduled with somebody else now I have to wait another month to see another doctor because of their incompetence.

Waited over a month for an appt, Check in was ok, front girl was nice, friendly and helpful.

Waiting time is long in a packed waiting room.

The MA called me back, seemed she was having a bad day, walked me back to the room, did my vitals and again I sit and wait (not a very long wait 15min or so)

Doctor comes in, I should say he is very friendly and smiling, first questions is " what do you do" second questions "where do you live".

Ok I explain my issue which was cardiac in nature.
He proceeds to take the machine that you talk into the computer, listens to my heart and lungs, orders EKG and holter, says Ill take another minute before I get back to work ( I the patient is not the work). I had other issues to discuss but I wasn't going to explain to someone who didnt seem to care about a cardiac issue.

I wait again, MA comes in does EKG, and says im good to go.

Wait what are my EKG results, oh ya no one comes to tell you I asked for a copy so I can review it myself.

I said to the MA I need the holtor, she says I dont have time I have patients waiting you need to come back. Wait what am I not a patient? did I not wait my time
she passed me on to her co workers (very nice and friendly) she put on my haltor and I left.

I am very dissatisfied with the care.

can't wait to see how much they will bill for this visit.

I will establish care with another PCP.

Terrible customer service. Your only allowed to speak to a call center service, they will try to reach the office for you while you wait on hold for 20+ minutes. Call center doesnt know what they are doing and the office can care less about your medical care. All of their other bad reviews make sense now.
