Estubobastante bien agradable el lugar porque tienes para escoger o alternat tu comida en un solo lugar,la atencion fue buena,solo fallo un poco la comida ya que la hamburguesa estaba un poquito pasada de sazon ,un poco Saladin la carne pero no mucho pero en general muy bien el lugar

I had the new Apple Crisp Sundae today. I was so excited to try it. What a let down.. A few apple slices with the smallest scoop of ice cream and a some caramel sauce. All yours for $10. Really? Not the first time, there's always a problem with this place. Either the ice cream is falling off the cone or the portion size is ridiculous. Its no wonder Oberweis is going under. Shameful... I will have to go to North Aurora if I want the sundae done right.

Quality of the burgers was right on. The patty had a good flavor. Just did not fit the bun which is always a bummer for me. The truffle fries were delicious. Worth the up charge.

The pizza was thick and chewy. Heavy on sauce and light on cheese.

About $12-15 per person.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Tom at the drive-through window at Oberweis, and I felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment I approached the window, Tom's infectious enthusiasm and warm demeanor made me feel truly valued as a customer.

Fantastic milk shakes.
This Oberweis ice cream shop shares premises with two other 'storefront' restaurants. 'That Burger Joint' & 'Woodgrain Pizzeria'. Great concept as you may be able to please more people in your group. Even if it's a tiny group, tastes can vary a lot. Boasts one large dining area with tall ceiling and windows. We conveniently ordered a sampling from all 3 at one register.

Did not have any ice cream but the Pizza and burger joint were phenomenal! Will definitely be going back. Staff was great and facility was clean.

Its really sad to make a bad review especially for some where all my friends we're excited for.
It's not that this location is tricking you but I can say they overcompensated on scenery. It's pretty but pay more attention to the food than how the restaurant looks. It looks like a 10/10 but the food is a 4/10 underwhelming and to pricy for what you get.

2/3 locations we're worth it (kinda) . This one is difficult because it's 3 locations in 1 so we tried all 3

•Woodgrain was good the staff was decent, they looked stressed and we're easily irritated. we got a pineapple and bacon pizza. It was kinda a sour pineapple but nothing could change that. It had a good crust though so it made up for it.
All of the tea is really good!

•That burger joint had amazing cheese fries never talked to the staff. Got 2 cheese fries

Pizza and fries we're out within 15-20 minutes. I cannot remember the price but it wasn't to much I think it was in the 30$ price range.

This is where it gets sad. We were excited for oberweis.

••But oberweis was not worth it unfortunately. It took around 35 minutes to get our ice cream, 2 shakes and 2 waffle bowls.
they didn't know what went with what ice cream. Even the manager... Everyone was confused or to scared to talk to us it seemed. It was around 50$ for 4 people. for the price oberweis cost I could've bought enough ice cream for a week in my local town. They also messed up our order but it took so long to get the ice cream that we couldn't get the order fixed because we had to leave.

Buy somewhere else honestly. It was good ice cream yes but not 50$ good. Idk if they accidentally overcharged us or something but it was ridiculous. All the staff was standing around doing nothing. Except talking to each other and looking all around confused. The shakes were eh just like normal shakes and the ice cream was average. Save your money.

If I came back it would be for the tea and cheese fries.
