Dr. Conner and his staff are absolutely amazing! They've always been very responsive when we have concerns about our child. They are very knowledgeable and show a great amount of concern for our child's well being. I've been trying to get my children seen since we moved to GA.
Today, they just did not want to schedule a future new PT appointment to establish care for my children.
I have never been rejected a future new PT visit for my family. Ever.
Wow!
Wow! I am speechless.
I'm quite upset about the phone call.
Never would I have expected such a response from a pediatricians office.

"I'm sorry, we don't have any new PT appointment available."

"Ever?"

"Well, you need to take your children to be seen somewhere else"

? OMG.

First they had an availability for next Thursday, then all of a sudden they have no availability, ever.

Geeze. ?

My heart hurts.

Dr Connor and the entire staff really seem to love children and enjoy the work they do. Excellent bed side manner. They may recommend scheduling an appointment but I've always been seen as a walk in, and never have they treated be and my kids different. Recommended.

They worked is in immediately when the ocilla er wouldn't let my granddaughter who is 5 months old stay in the waiting room but wanted my friend and the baby to go wait outside while my grandson was seen which is why we left and went to the Dr office. They let us right in baby, friend and all and had a great because manner with my grandson.
