Sally is great. Crissy is great. Whomever calls in meds-not so great. Make sure you are not on more than two meds so it’s easy to maintain because it will take one to two weeks for you to get all of your meds filled and the correct ones called in. The auto refill that Walgreens does doesn’t work because they don’t get approved by the office. My husband will go weeks without some meds before they get called in. Also make sure you live in close proximity and have the time to get the meds sorted out directly with the office because you will wait days if not weeks to get a call back. I am considering moving to another doctor because with my husband having had a stroke-it is critical his meds be correct - just not happening.

My first visit went very smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I really liked Dr. Dan too. He was a great listener and knowledgeable. Meds were called in right away.

It took them over 2 days to return my call. There isn’t even a doctor at this office, so there is no excuse for such a dysfunctional response time. Save your time and money to go to a real doctor, which are in very short supply. Our healthcare system is so disorganized lately, that it has become just another corrupt money grabbing business. No care here!

I always get good care when I come here, very friendly staff and i understand if they can't return my call back within the same day but they do get back with me, if it's an urgent emergency then I'll go to the emergency room or urgent care but for the most part I'm very satisfied with the care and services I get at Oconee Valley Health Care.
