I have been a patient of Dr. Vu for over five years and she continues to impress me with her ability to connect personally, showing both interest and understanding of me. I feel she has a genuine interest in me and my experience and uses her depth of knowledge to access and share with me what she sees as best for me. She cares and I can see that in her enthusiasm to find the best possible path for me. I always feel heard and confident I am in very capable hands.
She runs her office in a similar way. Her staff is respectful and looks for ways to be helpful.
Also, when a mistake happens, as it will, it is addressed with an explanation and an apology.
I think this is a great office and am happy to recommend it.

I used an hour of PTO, PTO that I have very little left because of caring for a sick and aging parent. I did everything asked of me from checking in online days before, arriving 15 minutes early to the appointment at 8:15 for a “quick” blood draw. 8:30 rolls around and still hadn’t be seen. I had to leave to get to work. Now I have to take PTO again to try this again. That is an hour I lost. It was disappointing to show such disregard and lack of respect for my time. I am a customer. So is anyone that goes to your clinic. Be respectful. If I had know that it was going to take that long when I arrived, I would have left and rescheduled. Hopefully at my next appt won’t be a repeat.

Dr Kloberdanz is a great family doctor. He takes the time to figure out what the best plan of action is for you. I appreciate the fact that he doesn’t rush. The nurses are very kind and the receptionists are very efficient. I’ve never had a bad experience.

Hannah was great. I am very satisfied with my choice of medical practitioners.
I thought I had a telehealth appointment, but it was an in person appointment. I was 12 minutes late arriving to the office. Hannah was still willing to see me and cut into her lunch break to accommodate my error.

I visited OnPoint Family Medicine at Parker Square and have never had a problem. Our family doctor is Dr. Andrew Kloberdanz, who has always been consistently nice and helpful. He is very detail-oriented and doesn’t rush during consultations. He listens to his patients and asks relevant questions. I hope he doesn’t move away; it’s so hard to find a doctor like him. I’d definitely recommend Dr. Kloberdanz to anyone who needs a family physician.

Additionally, the staff at OnPoint Family Medicine are nice and easy to talk to on the phone, unlike other offices that don’t answer calls and make it hard to book appointments. So far, I have had a very pleasant experience, and I hope they continue providing good service. I’m also glad it’s near our place!

Everyone in this office is friendly and helpful. Dr, Cage Vu is like finding a diamond within the medical community. She listens to my concerns, and is quick to provide a referral, for injuries I may have had when I was younger, that are just now showing up, as I age. I followed her from the DTC office to Parker. The drive may be more than I’d like, but at least I know what to expect. Who wants to search for another PCP, after they’ve found a good one? ?
