Flew in from Miami to see Dr. Cowans. It was so worth it. The staff was so nice and pleasant. The office was very clean. Dr. Cowans and his aid was very knowledgeable and helped me right away with my aches and pain. It’s been a few days and I haven’t felt any pain anymore which once was an everyday all day painful feeling to walk. Definitely keeping Optimum Podiatry for my foot care provider. Office setting is relaxing, clean and professional. Staff very helpful and easy to talk with regarding services and scheduling “ Professional”. Very friendly and professional staff. Deangela, Tara, Nikki, Kayla, Gracie, and of course Dr. Cowans were all very good in helping create a great experience. Dr Cowans did a procedure on me and unlike the other times I had it done by two other doctors, this time it didn't hurt, nor did I have any complications! He answered all my questions and explained in detail all my instructions. I recommend 100% to anyone with foot or ankle issues!
