This office is very professional & cool! I wish I would’ve found this office sooner! Dr. Corey Moody is the bomb! I trust him with my families orthodontic care! Dr. Moody was very informative, knowledgeable & very friendly! The entire office staff is welcoming! They also practice social distancing & they wear masks! Which is a plus for me! The office moves patients through very quickly also!

Aujanay & Dominique are outstanding. Both are always pleasant and professional!! Great bedside manners! Legit the only 2 people I prefer to see when I visit the office. Please give these ladies a raise or some sorta of incentive for their hard work and professionalism!!! Thank you ladies!!!

I have been sitting in the waiting are for 40 minutes, I had 2 appointments set for 11am. I came into the office at 10:55 am. My oldest went in at 11:15am and it's 11:47am , and still waiting for my other child to be seeing. When I ask the receptionist how long would it take for my daughter to be seeing she said" they put her down for 11: 30am" so, what she is telling me is that they change her appointment time without advising me first. The receptionist is very rude and incompetent. Customer service is very poor. It take for ever to get someone on the phone. I am not going to recommend this place anymore. Doctors are great, but their customer service personal us very bad. It is now 12:00 pm and still waiting. 2 people came way after I did and they are already being seeing. Really!! .

First and foremost save your money and your time. This office is terrible and so is the customer service. The appointment wait time is way to long and you will have your braces on forever. They can never keep orthodontist and do not make you aware. My entire time with them has been awful, i honestly regret choosing this practice to do braces. Even when you ask about your treatment plan you they don’t know. I am stopping my treatment and going to a new orthodontist as of today. Read and research the price may sound good but it’s not worth it !

Lack of consideration, empathy, etc. To go into depth about my reasons on giving a NO for recommending will be giving this place too much energy. Basically to sum it all up, I wish I would’ve did more research on my braces journey before settling with a company who’s not willing to assist patients needs, but quick to collect a payment!! Very incompetent.
TUCKER location to be exact!!!
