If you ever want to get your money back from them, good luck. I've been waiting since JUNE for a refund check for braces that I paid cash for and they haven't been even been completed. I was told by corporate a check was sent out on 9/30, but was then told today (10/22) that no decision had been made on the refund and the "President of the company" was aware of it and reviewing it. It has been almost 5 months, and I have been told nothing except lies.

I absolutely love everyone in the office. kristyle is absolutely amazing ! Phyllis has always been so super friendly and i love that she always checks on my family as well ! Very personal experience !

Great experience in the past. Returned with another child. This experience does not compare. Awful experience! Staff not friendly. Actually rude at times! The only Personable one at this office is Phyllis. Billing does not have it together!!! I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. 👎
Due to this being a public page I can not strongly Express what really needs to be said about the billing at the Warner Robins office! I wish I had read the reviews before I chose to return to this office. Big mistake!

The staff is amazing, I am going through jaw surgery and Dr. Carlo has worked closely with my surgeon and has done an amazing job! He is always reassuring me and telling me how good things are moving along! The staff is working with the schedule I need for not only to stay on track for my next surgery date but also because I travel 3 hours one way to their office! Thank you so much Orthodontic Care of Georgia and Dr. Carlo for being part of this life changing journey!!! Can’t wait to bring my daughters for their braces!
