I was disappointed today. I tried my best to be on time for my appointment, but there was an accident right in front of where I work. Despite calling to let them know I was on my way, they didn’t consider my situation. Even my friends, whom I recommended, have mentioned that the office often reschedules their appointments unexpectedly or fails to schedule their next adjustments after their visits.

Ever since the first time I came in at have experienced great care. They take care of my orthodontic needs. Just make sure you are on time to your appointment because they will not work with you. Other than that their services are great.

They overbook patients and cancel/reschedule appointments regularly. On multiple occasions I went to my appointment at the correct time, and still had to wait 30mins or an hour to be seen. Get better at your quality of service. Also, their emails say you can schedule online, but that system doesn't even work.

The staffing is so kind and professional they really show compassion to their patients and have a clean area all way round. They make me super comfortable and I’m super grateful that they were able to accommodate me on my transfer from a previous ortho. I’m always looking forward to traveling long distance just because of that! ?

The staff has always treated my girls with respect and kindness. Marcus is always helping where he can (cleaning, talking with patience, and assisting the staff in the front) and has always made things work for our schedules. Dr. A has always been patient with me asking questions and has been thorough in explaining the process. He has made our visits understandable and comfortable. Brian has always been amazing from day one! Always holds a conversation, very compassionate, and makes sure my girls get what they need done correctly. He made sure my girls knew how to floss and brush their teeth with braces and educated them on what foods they should avoid. I gave a 4 star review because of the many reminders i received (phone call and text) to confirm our appointments recently. The appointment times kept changing without my request of changing them and it seemed like the individuals who do the appointment reminders were not communicating, thus the many calls and texts. This has happened the past three times (3 months). The other reason for my 4 star review is because we never get in the chair around our appointment time. We are usually waiting 20 plus minutes after our scheduled appointment and at one time an hour. There was one person who doesn’t work there anymore who was wonderful and a delight the moment you walk in the door. She was kind and was on step ahead on getting our doctor statements for my girls. I wish she was still there. In the end, I would recommend this office. We appreciate you all!! Cheers!
