The Staff at OCR is amazing however, this one star review is about Dr. Snyder. I went to see him after he came highly recommended from colleagues and other doctors within OCR. I was extremely disappointed…i am young individual and had a traumatic injury that needed a specialist like him. When I met with Dr. Snyder, he seem not to care about me or my future. His solutions was to just accept the circumstances and not to get surgery, stating I may only get 80% use of my extremity back so I need to accept that my life would not be the same. He even stated it’s the same advice he gives to other patient in my situation. So I left the appointment stressed, disappointed and hopeless. However, I sought a second opinion at another well known clinic, received surgery within 48 hrs and am expected to make a full recovery. The point is, had I listened to Dr. Snyder my life would have been completely different, my career ended and future filled with avoidable pain. It’s terrifying to think of the other patients he has given such poor advice too, that didn’t seek a second opinion. So if you go to him, GET A SECOND OPINION at another clinic.

A courteous, professional, Dr. Biggs was very clear in his explanation of my injury. He listened carefully to my concerns and answered each one in easily understandable terminology. I am especially impressed that he suggested waiting to see if I would heal; too often, patients are rushed into surgery. I believe that if surgery is indicated, it will be due to necessity. I appreciate his candor.

They ghost you if they don't like your case. They practice split billing. Go elsewhere first.

This was my 8 week post-operative check-up, at which I started with x-rays to confirm proper placement of my new right hip. Thanks to modern technology, we were able to review the x-rays when I got to the examination room. PA Messenger was able to address my few remaining questions and confirm my observations about my recovery. He even allowed me to examine a joint similar to my new one. It's all good.

Dr. Snyder and Betsy PA were outstanding. They did a wonderful job putting my hip back together. I trusted both of them 100% and will always be grateful.

I have had the best medical care with this surgeon and staff. The care and are always there . Had catered food brought in.. But all in all this was a fantastic knee replacement I've had. Everything is moving along faster than expected. Thank you all .

Dr. Ibal was amazing and super helpful so I would give him 5 stars! However, I don’t know if I came across rude (I’m sorry if I did!) but I talked to two ladies (receptionist/check in) and they were both incredibly rude. I’m not sure what I did to offend anyone but killing them with kindness didn’t seem to make their attitudes better towards me either?
