I left a message and the next day I called them and was given an appointment with
Sydney Georg, PA-C. I had damaged my knee and could barely walk on it. From the front desk to the exam room was excellent. I was given x-rays of my knee and then saw Sydney. I was given a thorough exam of my knee and discussed options. I was given a steroid shot and tonight I'm able to walk on it. I give them an A+.

I took my daughter in for knee pain. They did X-rays and told us she needed to wear a knee brace. I specifically told the nurse TWICE that the brace was too small. We were given that brace despite what I said. Fast forward 36 hours and the brace is cutting off circulation to my daughter’s leg. Apparently, there is only a 24hour window to exchange or return the knee brace. They told me k would have to buy A NEW ONE AT $85 a piece. Let me go grab some money off the money tree in the back yard. What a freaking SCAM!! These people DO NOT care about your health. It’s all about making money.

I was seeing Dr. Rathael for avascular necrosis, both femoral heads, left and right. After Dr Rathael left, I met my new ortho, who first stated that he disagreed with the meds prescribed by Dr Rathael and that he didn't need an xray every 6 months for osteoarthritis. I sat a tiny bit stunned for a second and stated, "Well, that's fine but the MRI showed AVN in both hips." Basically told me to come back when the pain got bad. Wow, hope he does a little background research before he operates on people. I'm looking for a new ortho.

The office staff is very friendly however I would not recommend Dr. Ian Ratheal. He said I had a torn ligament which I did but he never took any imaging and I told him I still had pain to which I was given the run around. I saw a different doctor and the MRI revealed I had a split tear to a tendon which went undiagnosed by Dr. Ratheal’s carelessness. I had been dealing with this injury for 6 months! I finally had to have surgery. Had Dr. Ratheal done his job I could’ve discovered this injury and received proper treatment much sooner. DO NOT go to this office! I recommend TSOAG and Dr. Justin Robbins him and his staff are amazing!

I’ve used this office for many years when needed.
For myself and my child.
I love the doctors and staff.
However I did feel like my appointment was rushed today while in the back.
One thing, I am also in the medical field and feel it is very important to discuss treatment estimates prior to doing a procedure, so that the Patient is very aware of the expected expenses.
I was NOT aware my X-rays were not covered with my insurance.
They told me this after it has been done.
Also I did receive a service/procedure and was not advised any post op care or instructions.
Didn’t get to talk about pain management or anything for me for the future.
Which again leads to me to feeling my appointment was being rushed.
They sure did take the time to make sure my money was gotten. I just felt like the service could’ve been better and I’m disappointed about today.

Dr Vrana has now replaced both my knees and I’m very impressed with his performance and care. I had a problem with my wrist that I mentioned on a follow up visit on my knee. He immediately had it x rayed and advised me about it.
