Today I had an X-ray appointment at Outpatient & Diagnostic Services at the Manatee Memorial Hospital, initially I was at reception with a very nice person, Jazminn, she did all the routine process for the appointment, as well as Anna, Regarding of the payment, she was very nice too. then I wait about 5 minutes only and Linsey Page, appeared asking for me and walked me to the x-ray room, she was also very friendly and professional, she was very confident taking the images, she was very clear and specific with the introduction that I had have to follow to completed the images. very well service.

The lady at registrar 4 on Friday February 23 2024 at 2:20 was having a lovely private conversation with laughing and chatting about random stuff just ignoring me and all she needed to do was point me in the right direction, honestly my 13 year old has better manners than this lady. Good luck on your career , the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of the wonderful lady in diagnostics which actually walked me to where I needed to be and helped me sign in. So to her well done but the chick behind the counter at registrar 4 .

Waiting in Outpatient waiting room at Manatee Hospital with my Mom since 7:40 a.m. for an 8:00 a.m. appt. Now at an hour later, 8:40 am, we are still waiting, and nothing. Waiting for transport to take her for her test. This is the worst experience of customer service we've ever experienced!!! ? ?

Manatee Memorial Outpatient services are the best there is - and Manatee Memorial Hospital as well. They took the utmost care of me and a friend of mine last week. My friend was there a whole week and is a retired Doctor who ran the place for 30 years. So it meant a lot when she was raving how great they were to her in every aspect for fractured hip. I also had surgery there and spent a night last week and every aspect was what a hospital should be in a good way. BUT I was admitted by a Doctor from the outside first.

Clean is not the word-immaculate is. They had me shower every day for three days prior with a special anti-bacterial and anti-microbial soap they gave me before even entering their sterile facility.

Hospital stay in general - they sell NO magazines downstairs so bring some if you have a friend there. That was the only odd thing I thought.

The ER is still a whole different division, very hardcore, and worked hard at a polar opposite review I gave them a month ago. But the ER is amazing when it is specific, such as accident. Ambiguous pain - you will be treated as a drug seeker, probably labeled, and as in my case - booted as "OK" and I suffered for weeks before I had surgery and real Doctors on the outside figure it all out.

The people at this location did an amazing job on my grandmothers procedure! they explained everything to her so that she could understand and had a very good bed side manner! had a really great experience here!
